This is our 2nd vehicle we have bought from them. This time we bought with a few issues but was guaranteed they would make the issues right. Well.. Now it's been in the shop for its 2nd week and now I can't get an answer when I can have my vehicle back. I wouldn't have bought a car at a tote the note if I could afford a rental for weeks at a time

Bought an Truck for $2500 down and week later start to smell gas and I told the sale man and he did not care and like an month later the truck start shaking and I take it to the mechanic and the truck have a lot of things wrong with it. Ending spending $2000 to get fix and week later the truck broke down again, I ending up retuned the truck because the truck was a piece of junk . Very Bad Experience I would not recommend people at this place.

Ended up driving over to Tyler from Shreveport, LA (the used car selection is poor here, all of them beat up and clapped out). Mr Johnny was excellent and let me check out the vehicle I was interested in with no pressure and helped answer questions. I drove home with the car (after they kindly prepped and stored it indoors overnight) the next day since I had to retrieve a ride to bring both cars back. Very satisfied with my experience at Auto House, would recommend anyone to take the trip!
