We took our truck back to Tyler Patterson CDJR, for some warranty issues with our 2013 Ford F150 Truck. The Service Advisor Cole Wallace is who we dealt with, was very professional and courteous. He entertained all of our concerns with the truck. We could not been more satisfied with the service work that was done and the final results. My wife and I will give a 5 star rating to Cole Wallace and his service associates that we dealt with on our warranty needs. We would highly recommend Tyler Patterson CDJR for any services that you might need or require! Thank you Cole Wallace for everything you did for us, and went above and beyond what was expected!!

We took our truck to be fixed it had multiple issues, we were told that there's a different technician that diagnosis the different areas of the vehicle, turns out that there's only 1 person doing all the diagnostics. They said they replaced our oil pressure sensor that we gave them but my check engine light is still on for the same problem, they said they fixed my headlights and the whole wire system for the lights but they still don't work properly, I just pray that the lights work while I'm driving in the dark with my kids in the car. I paid almost $5,000 to get it back in worse condition than before they received it. Please do your research before taking your vehicle to them.

****** Update****** it's been months. They have yet to reimburse me for my son's games that the bald guy stole in the used center, yet to reimburse me for the tow fee, yet to reimburse me for the tint fee that wasn't even done there. Nothing has been done to correct this situation!
I bought my daughter a car on their used lot. It broke down and we hadn't had it 24 hours. I paid personally to get it towed. They claim they were going to reimburse me, but it's been months. No one ever gave me an explanation on what was going on with the car until I started to tell them I'd get my lawyer involved. After all this we finally got a loaner car (turns out the engine had a recall and we had to get a new one). While we were there in Justin's office, my son sat down his game case that had all his Nintendo switch games in it. We made it to Frankston before we noticed he didn't grab it out of his office and I told my son, it's ok it's only the guys that work there going in his office. It's only been 30min I'll tell our guy and he can grab it. But low and behold it was gone. Grown ass men stole and broke the heart of a child. That was his Christmas gift and birthday gifts and they literally stole it. That's disheartening. Grown ass men can't buy their own kids their games they have to steal from a customer. I still don't have any reimbursement from the tow truck, still no words on his games.....it's so messed up. I find it hard to believe that the office doesn't have a camera. With all those Important documents and everything. Come on,make it right! For my son especially because now he had to learn a lesson of 1. Keep track of your stuff which he needs to do. And 2. That even Grown men steal from kids. Seriously keep the tow fee and just give him his games back. Lesson being, keep your belongings close to you at this facility. Also, they charged me for tinting on a car that was already tinted. 400 bucks!!! Watch that paper work guys. If they make it right I'll fix this review. But I seriously doubt it

Terrible service. Took my jeep in for some spark plug wires and they fixed those but the radio no longer worked. My warranty covered the radio and they ordered one, then another one, then I think a third one. Each time a little worse. When I brought it up the last time the service person said it sounded fine to her. Finally the service manager came out and agreed there was distortion. He thought it was the speakers now. They kept it again and changed out the tweeters and still there was distortion. He told me that my Jeep was old and the speakers were probably wore out from taking the roof or doors off (I haven’t). Basically, they were done with it. I realize that my expectations were too high. I thought they’d actually fix the issues with the radio (that worked fine until I took it in to them).

I had a great experience buying a used car at Patterson’s. Josh was very helpful and professional, i would recommend Pattersons to anyone. I intend to do all my maintenance and oil changes there, so i have a history of everything to do with my car.

This place is an absolute joke. I went in to have my 23 Ram looked at for a check engine light. I tried to make an appointment. Their response was I needed to leave my vehicle with them for 2-3 days. 2-3 days just to have diagnostic on something that will be covered under warranty. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I asked about making an appointment and said I’d bring it in when my ticket number was ready. Nope, we have to keep it and you’ll have to pay out of pocket for a rental. WHAT??? I have bought several vehicles from this auto group. I can assure that will never happen again.

This dealer accused me of lying to my face. Wow, so unprofessional I'm so glad out of the 10 Chrysler vehicles I have bought in 10 years none have been from this place. Cole and the service team are low and nasty.
Edit: After I went to pick up my car after they refused a warranty repair and accused me of being me a liar I noticed my door had been scratched by their imbecile workers that took it out. Im considering filing a lawsuit.

We have purchased 3 vehicles now from Patterson. Alex Bridges is super to work with. One of the vehicles we purchased was having issues, they repaired the issue promptly and we ended up trading it in for something different. They gave us KBB for our trade, and worked a good deal for the new vehicle we chose. Many dealerships would not have had the integrity to work with us on a vehicle we were having issues with but they went above and beyond and we are so thankful!

AMAZING SERVICE!
We all know car problems are a pain in the neck. So I have a newer charger, barely a year old. For some odd reason, the battery began to go out. I tried everything to prevent a draw. Did numerous draw tests. I called into Patterson CDJR where Zach was beyond helpful.
He got the battery hooked into the system and got it going with a solid charge.
24hrs later, its not starting. So I called Zach back and he asked I bring it back.
Zach went through all the channels and made sure he did not miss a beat. He hooked the battery back up and was shown by the machine it was a bad battery.
Talk about MAXIMUM EFFORT, and great customer service! If youre in the East Tx area and need solid service, go see Zach and his coworkers at Patterson CDJR!

I loved working with Amanda Mattingly! She knew exactly what we wanted and there was no hassle. I picked up my Mother’s Day gift with just signing papers because she did all the foot work. We love Amanda and are thankful for all of her help.💕
