Terrible. I have had my car from Patterson for a month. The ac quit. I went to Patterson service station as I was told by the salesperson. They said they don’t do Toyota. They had to call a guy to see if he was coming in that day. Then they said it would be 48 hours to diagnose the problem and I would have to get a rental car because I don’t have another car, I live 40 minutes out of town, and I don’t have anyone who can drive me around. They also said this would most likely not covered under the regular warranty. Remember, I have had this car for A MONTH.

Tray was excellent. Although it was a long wait from Chrysler for our custom jeep, it finally came in today. Tray was personable and friendly and is an asset to your sales team. Jeep looked good, and he is personally delivering it to our house. A+ from Tray.The finance manager wasn't so good, he was a bit abrasive and didn't seem interested in explaining anything - he just wanted the paperwork signed. We weren't financing the jeep, though, we just wrote a check, so maybe that's why he didn't seem to care. My wife felt rushed signing the paperwork, and stated that she wouldn't have felt comfortable doing it by herself. Kind of upsetting, in 2024.Seems a bit backwards for the salesman to be the best customer service we received today, but I digress.

I always feel apprehensive and ready for a battle going to a dealership. This is my second time buying with Patterson and these guys were direct and transparent with me from the get go. Alex and Blake offered great customer service, were professional, and truly made the experience seamless! As well as the finance team. The service and transparency y’all provided is much appreciated and I would definitely buy here again.

Do not trust this place I bought a jeep gladiator from them and after I left I found out that they added 5,000 to the deal and copied my signature onto the sales contract that I had never seen before getting it from the bank because the dealership would not provide me a copy so now I have to open a fraud case against them and see where that goes, its just a pain and if they would do honest business these things would not happen.

Yall sold me a truck and convinced me to purchase this overpriced warranty. Now after 4 months this pos truck needs work and yall dont wanna honor the warranty. And your boy Conan avoids my calls. Your service dept sucks and are super rude. 0 stars..i do not recommend.

Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Lied to me the entire time my vehicle was there. Tried to sell me parts and maintenance that I DID NOT NEED. They do not care about customers what so ever. To top it off my vehicle got broken into and $3500 worth of subwoofers and audio system was stolen and they didn’t once call to let me know even though they obviously worked on it after it was broken into. I had to find out when I picked my truck up and it was trashed. The staff and manager essentially told me to F off. To top it off they damaged my coolant reservoir and leaks coolant now as well as my oil line to my turbo. AND they don’t uphold there parts and labor warranty’s. This place is a joke DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE

Don't waste your time. Terrible experience trying to buy here. High pressure sales and a refusal to provide information or even get a trade valuation. They want to force you to come into the store to pressure you into buying and taking a bad deal.

I was late for my appointment which I understand is my own fault. However once I arrived it took 10-15 minutes for them to hunt down the salesman my appointment was with. We test drive the car and that in itself went fine. Until we get back to the dealership and a girl immediately comes up to us telling us we’re in her car. It turns out the car was ALREADY SOLD. The salesman scrambled to find other options but overall everything was a mess and no one knew what they were doing.

01/11/2024 I took my new Jeep to the dealership for its first service. I was scheduled for a 1:00 PM appointment, for an hour and a half. The fact it took them over two and a half hours to get the Jeep into a service bay before even starting the work is not the problem. The problem is the work they said they completed was not done. The Jeep requires a tire rotation, but they did not do it. After inquiring about it, they took it back into a bay and completed the task. However, the document I signed said all service items were complete. How do I know any of the service checks were done? Including the oil change. I called to speak with the GM and of course, he was unavailable. I spent over 80k for this Jeep. I'm very concerned none of the important service checks were completed at all. This could be a very expensive mistake to not have this vehicle maintained properly, even a new set of tires would be costly if that is all they missed.

If you make an appointment online do not expect it to make it go any faster. Had a 930 appt and still waiting almost two hours later. If I had not had a service plan I would go elsewhere.
