Only thing worse than Hyundai car/engine is customer service. Engine rods came loose, warranty was approved, but they are doing anything and everything to not reimburse us. Every excuse under the sun AFTER the warranty was approved. Stay away from these profesional con artists. Thank God we have another car that’s not a Hyundai.

My car Hyundai has been up there for 35 days. They received my car the first week of May. Tell me it'd be the following week in my card be done. I go up weekly and I get I don't know. I don't know. I tried calling as soon as I hear the sound of my voice to hang up. I have never been rude to these people. All I want to know is what's going on with my car. I am on disability. I'm missing doctor's appointments behind on my medication and nobody will help me. What is wrong with this service department up here? Don't the owners care? Cuz I get less than $1,000 a month. I can't pay no outrageous bills so they just skip over me. Us poor people matter too somebody out there. Please help me TV stations newspapers somebodyService: Auto engine diagnostic

Had a 9 am appointment. Got there at 9am from Athens(one hour drive). Joanna the service attendant that made my appointment was on a vacation. Her replacement was a arrogant young man who informed me that I didn't have an appointment and I Had to wait. I did for 4 hours!No work on my car.....I finally left and returned home.Called Joanna the next week and made another appointment. I hope she will be back. Stay tuned..

Chris/Kirk responded with surprise. And they said to let them know if there was anything they could do in the future. This is an example, to me, of a business that doesn't intend anything in the way of correction. Many companies do this on Yelp to appear responsive but go no further. If the response was sincere they could ask the other service advisors to take a guess who the person is whose behavior is in question.

I have make 3 calls over a 2 week perios. I have left both messages with a peron and left vm. Still no one has returned my calls. The last call I made was Monday 8/15 so I won't bother them with my business. Does anyone know where else to take a Hyundai in Tyler?

Highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Isai. After dealing with multiple rude car salesman in Longview, dealing with Isai was a breath of fresh air. I was in from out of town and my new car made a terrible noise. They were willing to fit me in and check it out. Told me I could be waiting all day but that was fine since I wanted to be safe driving home after 1 hour they were already done and everything was fine, safe to drive home and get the strut fixed when I get back to my town. Got my oil changed and checked it before leaving. Didn't even get it filled up to the F line. But I still got charged for 5 quarts of 5W-20. My car takes 5W-30, BTW. Not wasting my time here again. Check your oil level before you leave guys. You don't want to get ripped off.Service: Oil change

We returned our Sonata for a recall and it has been almost 2 weeks and I have received no response from anyone at Patterson. I have called for the 3rd time and as of today they still haven't even looked at the car. I'm without a car and I am getting NO help from their service department. Sonya is who is "helping" us and absolutely nothing is happening. I love Hyundai but Patterson's service department is the worst service I've ever had.

They'll take advantage of anyone just to get business. They charged me $140 for a diagnostic when I was the one who told them what was wrong with the car. To change 4 rotors and breaks, they wanted to charge me $1,668. Told them tbats too expensive. The guy said no one else can work on them because of a part they need. And to change a light meant taking the while bumper off. Another mechanic charged me $450 and checked the light in front of me. Didn't have to take anything off. Vw are a bunch of LIARS.

Wanted a new Hyundai Santa Cruz. Every other dealership was charging $6k-8k over MSRP. Called Patterson Hyundai and they don’t upsell any of their new vehicles. Drove from Forney, was greeted at the door and purchased it. Process was seamless! Will definitely purchase another car from them in the future!
