Every time I have to turn in my car, it's a two week process. The first week, the car sits, then takes another week just to get worked on. And don't even try and combine two things like a recall for a fuel filter AND a recall for paint chipping. Now you're looking at a month cuz although they say they will work both problems at the same time, they don't. I swear it's just lip service. Did I mention that they tried to charge me for the warranty recall I had my car in for? For every two to three text messages for an update expect 1 generic & vague message back. 100% painful and ridiculous.

Ive seen multiple reviews about Joanna, one of the service members, she is horrible. She made my mother have a panic attack. She blamed my mother for damage on the car. Mind you the damage was reported before the car was rented to her. She rolls her eyes, scoffs and obviously hates her job. Not a sorry or thank you for your patience. Just rude and DISRESPECTFUL.

We recently moved here from central Texas where we did business with a stellar dealer for over 25 years. We were always met at the door by cheerful sales people and treated royally. Thinking we should establish ourselves with another dealership and in the market for a new vehicle, my husband asked around and our contractor recommended Patterson's. My husband stopped by about 40 minutes before closing to see what was available and came home saying he guessed they had sold enough to retire because the guy he spoke with didn't seem to care a great deal about making a sale. My husband asked a few questions and left, saying the guy almost beat him to his car. We may end up driving the few hours back to our friendly, helpful dealership. A bit disappointing.

Highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Isai. After dealing with multiple rude car salesman in Longview, dealing with Isai was a breath of fresh air. After inquiring about a vehicle, Isai followed up with us once he had what we were looking for. The next day we were in and out with exactly what we wanted.

Scam. Kept changing their minds on what was wrong with the truck. Then when we said we wanted a second opinion they charged me $200 for even looking at at. This Ram owner is never coming back.

We took our Jeep in because there was no heat? James was our service advisor.... We got a call back from James and it was going to be $3100 for the heat exchanger and it would not be covered by warranty due to contamination in the radiator. I explained this could not be it because the heat exchanger was just fixed less than 6 months ago. When we went to pick up the Jeep, I asked James to show me the contamination, he opened the radiator cap and said see right there, I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING??? I took it to another shop for a second opinion. Upon inspection at the other shop, they could feel the heat exchanger was working. The problem turned out to be a blend door was not opening......... I called David (Srv Mgr.) and explained I don't want to call your mechanic and James liars but....... I explained everything to him and showed him the $245 invoice from the other shop. Our Jeep was all fixed and ready to go. I had the radiator flushed just in case there was contamination. The shop I used said it was completed but NOT NEEDED (Sounds like James is an idiot) I did get a full refund for the charge to look at the Jeep from Patterson but was not reimbursed for the unneeded flush. Please ask yourself before you go there. Why put up with someone who doesn't know what they are doing(James / Mechanic) The service manager did say he spoke with the mechanic but really people, $3100 mistake......... Even if they would have done the work, the heater would have still not worked. Save yourself the pain of dealing with dishonesty. Go somewhere else!!!

I will never recommend anyone take their car for service at Patterson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Tyler, Texas due to the completely egregious and disrespectful way I was treated by one of Patterson's Service Reps. When picking up my car after it was repaired, I noticed the warranty was not applied to the cost. The cashier was very professional and went to get the service rep so appropriate costs could be applied. The service rep was VERY rude, and EXTREMELY disrespectful in telling me he informed me the repair was not covered by my warranty. He never informed me of any such thing. I won't go into more detail, but suffice it to say, that not only was his conduct unwarranted and unprofessional, he was 100% wrong as the repair was indeed covered by my warranty. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

NEVER NEVER NEVER .....Very dishonest people. Alstate insurance had me bring my jeep in for some minor repairs. I told the women Sue and her partner I did not to want to bring it in until all the parts were in the shop and ready for repair. Patterson called me and assured me all the parts are in and they can complete my repairs in a timely manner. THEY LIED. when I call them on the agreed complete day. They said we are still waiting on parts. Sue and her Crew are very nasty on the phone saying, THAS NOT MY JOB TO CHECK IF THE PARTS ARE IN. almost two weeks later, WOW !!! I had to pick my uncompleted jeep up and bring it to another shop to complete the repairs Patterson collision repair could not repair. I would never have anything to do with Patterson again. iF SOMEONE SAYS BRING YOUR JEEP TO Patterson Chrysler dodge jeep ram Tyler. Tell them NO WAY.DISHONEST PEOPLE.

Wanted a new Hyundai Santa Cruz. Every other dealership was charging $6k-8k over MSRP. Called Patterson Hyundai and they don’t upsell any of their new vehicles. Drove from Forney, was greeted at the door and purchased it. Process was seamless! Will definitely purchase another car from them in the future!

The best Hyundai dealership and the best dealership in general that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in all aspects. John Kapeluck was a very friendly, personable, straightforward, and professional sales person. He did not pressure me into anything. I drove 6 hours each way to get this car. Bought my car from Patterson used car. Purchased a Platinum Warranty at that time. I have used Patterson Service the whole time. The service over the last 1.5 year has progressively become worse. Now that the oil changes have stopped being covered, I'll be moving my warranty to a new service provider. Especially since I found damage that was done while having service done on 04/03/21. Ask for driver door window be checked and repaired from extreme squealing. Still sqealing ! Every time they rotate the tires I have recalibrate 2x. At least I know they do that. No trust or faith in this service department. Very disappointed, I won't be buying another car from them either.
