I go to 5th Street Autozone often. I have an old race car with an LS engine in it, so I often need help finding crossover parts that don’t come standard on either model of car or engine. Miss Cheryl is always willing to help me find parts and the best price!

Just left this store. Asked the young man at the register for a simple can of touch-up paint. He said I don't know what to tell you.
Went to Oriellys and had it in my hand in two minutes. I'll never be back to this place.

Excellent customer service from Scott!My Pathfinder battery which was still under warranty was beginning to fail, so I brought my receipt to the Auto Zone at 5th/Loop.He verified it on our account, and checked to be sure he had the correct replacement battery in stock.We caught a break in the rain, but it was still chilly standing out in the damp air. Scott is a professional. He took out the old battery & replaced it with the new, and we were back in business! Thank you, Scott!You made my day a bit brighter with your excellent service & work ethic.Highly recommend this Auto Zone location & personnel.

After purchasing new windshield wipers for my Tacoma truck days ago, I returned to AutoZone #5780 in Tyler TX due to the windshield bounce and noise the wipers make during use in rain. The store manager, Cheryl, and her sales staff provided far better customer service than I expected, testing different wipers on my truck to find the best ones as replacement for the bouncy, noisy wipers. Cheryl and her staff made certain I departed as a satisfied customer. Such a high level of polite and efficient customer service is uncommon in retail stores.

Service here is garbage order parts they never call that parts are in, delivery never on time workers are young kids who don't care and know absolutely nothing management need to train and teach or find management that will. Every part I have ordered never once got a call it's in every delivery that has been delayed late or told wrong informationNeed to name store Dumb and Dumber AutopartsStill, the same bad parts store has not gotten better
