I had a break light out and I was not positive about the bulbs I had picked and Miguel who was at a register noticed that I was just not too comfortable and asked if he could be of assistance. He not only double checked that I had the correct bulbs, but he actually took the time to put the replacement bulb in for me!!! I'm so grateful for his willingness to go the extra mile so I can drive safely.

The staff here are the worst at getting your parts they’ve sold me empty boxes before and when I tried to order an exhaust manifold for my truck which I need to get up and running asap I called Saturday and they said it would be in Sunday morning then when I went to call Sunday to see if it came in they just said well whoever ordered it must’ve not done it right so we can’t get it for you today. The staff here are they laziest people ever

I came to the gentry location due to a bad break light bulb, Miguel assisted me throughout the whole process, went down the isle and picked out and even helped me replaced the bulb while keeping short but good small talk. This is the kind of service that needs to be rewarded, wish there were lots of Miguel’s like this one all around town!!’

Miguel was a total LIFE SAVER. I needed a battery for my key and didn’t have a clue how to open it. All the guys in the store didn’t know what to do. But MIGUEL DID. Stopped by and thought my battery was no good. Miguel discovered that my battery cable was loose. He fixed it. So happy he was honest and saved me some money.
