Nice folks, very limited selection. Unfortunately we were charged $59 for fake flower arrangement needed for grave site. As selection was limited, we purchased a small Valentine's Day arrangement (the day after Valentine's). So honestly I was shocked and will never return to this shop.

I found Barbara's Florist online and liked one of the arrangements titled "Woodland Whimsy". I called Barbara's directly to place the order to ensure that I was able to share exactly what I wanted, mainly, no carnations. The individual I spoke to was very nice. When I shared the name of the design, she wasn't sure of the actual design. She asked me what was in the arrangement, and as I had it pulled up online, I was able to share all of the elements in the arrangement. She was then able to locate it and commented that this design had been very popular, but currently they did not have the exact wooden box shown in the photo. I said that was fine. I shared with her that it was going to a relative in the hospital, and she suggested the medium (deluxe) size (versus the premium) due to space restraints in the hospital room. And I just reminded her that I did not want any carnations. She said that they would be receiving their floral order that day (it was a Monday) and they would prepare it and deliver it. The recipient like it, which is the main thing, but as you can see from the photos, what I ordered and what was delivered was vastly different. Instead of tuberose, they substituted white stalk (difference in appearance and aroma). Instead of peach ranunculus, they substituted one orange and one pink Gerber daisies, and instead of the peach-colored carnations (which I did request), they substituted white daises. Lastly, the online photo, is showing the STANDARD arrangement. I ordered the next size up, the deluxe. When I asked about the difference between the standard and deluxe, I was told that it would be bigger. As you can see, not only is it NOT bigger, but there are NO additional flowers - for the additional cost. I am not seeking a refund, nor I am seeking another more in line delivery, just sharing my experience.

DO NOT USE THEM!!Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for her birthday and she never got them. They apparently simply sent it to the wrong address. Then said they "can't refund because it has been delivered". ??? Even had the correct address on the order confirmation I got on e-mail so it was 100% mistake from their side.

I ordered Luxury Lavender Bouquet for Mother’s Day through 【fromyouflower 】But this Barbara’s florist told me on the Mother’s Day that they can’t deliver on Mother’s Day. I’m at overseas so could do nothing and Just had to agree with it.Few days later from Mother’s Day, I received an email that the flower has been delivered. I was very exciting to get a phone call from my mother. But my phone had never been ringed by her. Because she hadn’t received the flower.I called and asked her have you received flower gift ? She said no. I was like what!!!!? It was nightmare.I let my mother to have contact with the florist. And they said they will investigate it and have a contact with her. But they had never had a contact with her. So I decided to have contact with them directly. And they told me they will redeliver the flower on 15th of May. But the flower didn’t delivered on 15th of May…I had to have contact with them again.And the flower was delivered to my mother finally on the next day of 15th.My mother sent me a picture of the flower with thanking. I had a shock when I saw the pic of the flower which was delivered.I ordered Luxury Lavender Bouquet.But I can’t see any purple flowers in the Bouquet. It wasn’t Luxury Lavender Bouquet actually.I can’t recommend this Barbara’s Florist to other person.I won’t use this florist never ever.This is the worst experience ever.

Doesn't answer complaints. Completely ignores you once they have their money. I can't get an answer calling the shop but they sure didn't have a hesitation to charge my husbands cards. Thanks for making a terrible year even worse. My pics were delivered old, the water was yellowed it was so old and almost empty. Flowers were wilted and discolored. Very disappointed that people don't take more pride in their jobs anymore.
