Very happy with the leather purse strap they shortened for me. Plus the store smells amazing and they have a great selection of boots and leather purses. I definitely will use them again.

The zipper pull on my 18” Old Gringos broke. Old Gringo customer service sent me a new zipper. Took it to Lucio’s….they did a phenomenal replacement job! Total trust in these guys!!
