To start I bought a laptop that was supposed to be new and got it home (45 minutes away) and it was used already been logged into so it was locked. So I drove back to exchange it (45 minutes away) and there was one guy at the counter with a customer so I left the laptop on the counter with my 13yo son and used the restroo. when I returned a short minute later a manager had already returned the laptop therefore my money is stuck in lala land and I'm out the money and the laptop which is needed for work. The manager just threw his hand up and said nothing he could do and that it wasn't his fault even he's the one that sold me a used laptop to begin with. Then he began to accuse me of being a liar and that the laptop was new. When I told him to take it out and turn it on to see for himself he told me he didn't have to. This store and it's manager are terrible and there is no excuse for being that type of way to a customer. if I could give no stars I would!

Came in to scout and review sourcing a new TV and Security System. We were met and welcomed by Nate, a sales associate, who answered every question and took the time to walk us through the options and pros and cons of each product. He was phenomenal to work with, which caused us to make some additional purchases as well, which pains me to say.? Couldn't ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable, and professional sales associate! Great job Nate & Best Buy...

Overall the nicest people are the ones at the door because they day hi. Geek squad sits there and waits for you to walk away to talk about you/customers. Honestly it's a bunch of kids wasting time. Geek squad is a joke. Their service is slow and they will push off your problems. Go anywhere else.

DO NOT buy any plans that Best Buy offers…they have taken a page out of the insurance playbook. They collect a premium at renewal…and don’t honor their word. Simple as that. Amazon sells most of their products for the same cost or less. I only chose to do business with this location due to supporting locally. The white male manager (didn’t catch his name) at this location makes it very difficult to continue business. Best Buy has lost a loyal customer as of today. I’ve bought monitors (multiple), laptop, security system (cameras), doorbell, Apple Watch, AirPods, GoPro, consoles etc….thousands of dollars. Not that this matters..and not that you care, because losing a loyal customer who spends thousands doesn’t matter to people who don’t take pride in what they do. You have a manager that collects a check and pays his light bill…he isn’t engaged and he doesn’t care about providing customer service.If I enroll into a plan and I pay for THAT plan…and Best Buy decides “it’s not a money making plan” then you should stop taking my money…NOT enroll me into another plan that has different terms and conditions hoping that I won’t find out. This is a pour ethical decision on your companies part to reap the benefits of people not paying attention. If a plan or program changes…a new signature and acknowledgment of that plan needs to be had PRIOR to collecting money from the customer. Advice for future customers weigh your decision…they can sell you an item…but they won’t be there to honor it on the back end.

You would have to be insane to buy an appliance with company! Had my kitchen aid dishwasher for 13 months and it began giving code E5 which I’ve reviewed to discover it’s a problem with this product. Then trying to get a technician to speak with is an all day event of being on hold before your call is dropped. I’ve been BestBuy customer for over 25 years and I’m so done. I’ve spend thousands of dollar on TV, computers etc. Closing my account and ripping up my card.

Many times trying to call this store within the past year and No One answers the phone. Responded to automated inquiries by trying to contact the manager, sales, tech support, recent orders, et al, and then put on hold until eventually giving up after 10-15 minutes. Even tried the four-digit department number given to me by a rep when visiting the store and still No One picks up. Does the store manager even read these survey complaints? I doubt it given his/her track record to correct this. Despicable!

Service was quick and easy, but shelves were a little bare. Though it was just after Christmas so it should be expected. Even though we didn't find what we needed on the shelves they were able to provide us with the product from the front 'attic' shelves.
