Let me tell you about the experience we are currently having at this hotel, and it is not good! We checked in Thursday night around 10 after driving in from Dallas. Check-in went fine and everything else was fine. Friday morning we went to shower, and there was absolutely no hot water. We call the front desk and they said they were working on it, and weren’t sure when it was going to be back on. They said they thought it would be on in about 30 minutes. After an hour, and then another hour, still no hot water. We were in town to go to our son’s game, so we had to leave without showering.Fast forward about 5 hours and we get back to the hotel, and there is still not any hot water. But wait, it gets even better. They don’t have any water at all, so not only no showering, but no using the toilet either. After about 2 hours of no water, my wife and mom had to go to the bathroom. We had to get in the car to go and find a restroom for them to use.Not sure when the water got turned back on because we had already gone to bed. Upon waking up Saturday morning…guess what…the water is on, but no hot water!! We are furious and this is totally unacceptable!! I know it’s a 3 star hotel, but you would expect hot water. Saturday morning, same thing, we left to go to baseball and we are gone for most of the day only to come back to no hot water!!I have talked to the girls at the front desk, who I feel terrible for because they had nothing to do with the situation, but had to deal with all the calls and people coming up to the counter. Mind you, they continued to check people in during this fiasco!!We check out tomorrow, but the girl at the front desk said the manager wouldn’t be in until Monday morning. I literally feel like we shouldn’t pay a dime since we haven’t had hot water since we got here. The girl said the manager was going to make sure everyone was taken on Monday morning. They want us to pay full price, and said they will get taken care of Monday. Sounds a little suspicious to us!!We would have moved hotels if we knew this was going to be an issue all weekend!! Be very cautious if you are even considering staying here!!

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE The HOT WATER has been off for 4 nights! They say they are trying to fix it. In the meantime, the front desk clerk is rude and condescending. There has been no Manager on duty for over a day. We have emailed the Owner/Manager as directed by the front desk clerk, but have not received any response. We politely requested a refund as we need to move to another hotel that at least has hot water! Also there is no Business Center as advertised, and the Laundry washers and dryers do not work. Our non-smoking room smells of smoke, and it has made us ill. Bad hotel.

My stay was good room and service was good but had trouble with water and couldn’t tell us when would we get hot water took cold showers the whole time asked for discount but was told they manager knew about the issue. We should have not had to take cold showers that is ridiculous and I mean every time we called down the same answers they working on it

TVs cannot switch input. When asked front desk about it they were very And not helpful. Almost acted offended that I was questioning the reason for them not allowing anybody to hook a game system up to their TV. This is the owners decision with known notification or Explanation. So FYI if you were like me and you travel for your work a lot lot and like to game or do anything where you hook your HDMI cord up to the TV you’re gonna want to find another place I know I will.

Made a reservation because I was flying in for a graduation. I got to the hotel at 10:30 am and the parking lot was empty just 2 cars. I walk in and tried to check in and front desk said I couldn’t check in until 3z I get it that’s the policy but if the hotel is this empty you can let guest check in earlier. I ended up booking somewhere else

Great hot breakfast bar! The room overall was good. But the bed was worn, a little lumpy. And the carpet made the bottoms of my feet dirty. The room felt a bit damp, even with the A/C turned down. But I would stay here again.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Older hotel but clean. We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Great staff. Matthew took good care of us. We went for a church function, special speaker. We decided we would stay at your hotel for the convenience. We like to travel for small trips. We really have not stayed at BestWestern. You have changed our minds about Great service.Rooms: Very comfortable.Nearby activities: Close to shopping, restaurants, and our church.

I waited for months to use the two $50 BW gift cards I was awarded. I even had to use additional rewards points to get up to the $129 per night.....the "non smoking" room hit us the moment we opened the door with a wrenched smell of smoke. It permeated the carpet, shower curtain and window curtains. All I can think is a chain smoker rented this room for weeks.The room seemed very dated and the couch was peeling.I am a diamond select club member and have NEVER had a room smell like this.I can't believe I wasted my gift cards on this hotel room.

I planned to stay for 2 nights while in the area for work and made reservations the month before. After booking, the meeting dates were adjusted to next month and I subsequently tried to move the reservation to correspond. However, I was told that the only option to change dates was to cancel my current reservation (no refund) and to make a new reservation at full price. I explained that I simply needed to move the reservation to next month and was given no option to do so. The reasons included 1) my home address was different than at the time of booking (this is incorrect), 2) I booked too late for the reservation to be adjusted (see above), and 3) I “may have” booked the room at a special rate (I did not). I ultimately cancelled and have no plans to stay with Best Western again.

Not happy with my stay simply because I cannot enjoy it while I'm here. Can't change the input to HDMI and the bed are extremely uncomfortable. You can feel the springs!

Very clean staff was kind and respectful and the manager Amber is amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable my kids loved
