Absolutely the best! I needed a diagnostic done. They done it and was so nice and helpful with explaining what was going on. Even referred me to a dealership to make sure it was done correctly. Highly recommend this place for your car needs. Awesome customer service.

My brakes were making a horrible noise, I took my car over to Big 5 to have them check it out for me. I was fully expecting them to say I needed a brake job, thankfully it was a quick fix and they took care of it in no time. They also did a quick look over on the rest of my vehicle and informed me on what they found. I wish I could remember the technicians name, but Ryan, Tracy and their whole team treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. As a female it’s always nerve wracking to go into an automotive shop and not feel like you’re going to get taken advantage of, but NOT ONCE did I ever feel like they were steering me in the wrong direction. The technicians were honest and kept me informed the whole time. I truly can’t say enough good things about the way I was treated and their honesty!! Thank you Big 5!!

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and the rest of the team here at Big-5! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ryan took the time to listen to the issue I was having and reassured me they’d take care of it. They got my vehicle in right away and quickly diagnosed the problem with such efficiency. What impressed me most was how fast they were able to fix it, without sacrificing quality. I was back on the road in no time! They were fantastic. Incredibly fair on pricing.
I needed a lot done to my 11th generation f150 and they helped me out a lot. They let me know what parts worked and didn't. Took longer than expected but it was necessary to get what was needed. Highly suggest these people.

My parents were traveling from New Mexico to Tyler. They had a problem with their vehicle and took it to big five. The staff was so friendly and helpful, They took care of the problem in a short time. Thank you so much big 5!

Back in November, I had them replace my alternator. Reasonable charge, got it back same day. Very good customer service. Early July the alternator began giving me problems again. I brought it in For testing. It was under warranty, They repaired it no charge. Very happy with the service.

Big shout out to Big 5 in Tyler! I had a slow leak that wasn’t found by another place. When I pulled up the guy in the office immediately waited on me. He was very friendly and professional. He found leak and fixed it. Problem solved!

I have done business with this place several times when the manager was Aaron this particular time I decided to go back to get my car worked on because of the service Aaron gave me not knowing Aaron didn’t work for this company anymore. I was given the price of $650 to fix my AC unit on my car Later, I was told that my total was 1600 before dropping my car off to get fixed. I spoke with the lady and we came up with the price after I asked her several times to make sure her technician check everything to make sure we wouldn’t have any problems in the future. I was promised that everything was checked and at the final bill will be 600 and something dollars only to get a call three days later that my bill was $1600 , I was told there was nothing they can do that. This situation put me in a very, very bad spot where I either pay this extremely high bill or let my car sit and don’t have a ride to work They will take some parts off and still charged $400. I don’t have a money tree in my backyard so for them to up my bill $1000 was just ridiculous This was the worst service I have ever received.

Never again. They had my car a week and kept coming up with something different. In the end they didn't even bother to but any bolts back. Literally everything is lose
