The restrooms haven't been cleaned in who knows how long?? Is smells really bad! There was mold in the corners, the floor was yellow and black.

It was ok. But for it to be a closing out clearance sale it wasn’t much to it! Basically only 10% on the good stuff and the rest was just junk. I’m going to try back closer to the last day of closing.

It's a shame they are closing nationwide. Gone is another defining store of my era. Thank you Big Lots, for I was once an employee during my college years in Tyler, TX. I learned a lot while working there over 20 years ago.
I hope all of the employees of both locations land on their feet and are able to find other jobs in the area.

They need to close their doors for good the way they treat people and their false advertisement of going out of business trying to get a spend our money then they get up the register and try to find out they're charging full price then some everyone needs to file a complaint against Big lots stores

You should have areas where you don’t want customers to be marked or chained off mistakenly walked behind the register and was approximately 8ft from door was stopped and told I needed to turn around and go around a different direction

I have always enjoyed going into Big Lots... I had moved out of state and did not have one close to me, so it had been a while since I had been in one... I was really disappointed their prices are so comparable to Walmart and other stores that I did not enjoy it near as much as I used to... I used to do a lot of my shopping there when I had one a couple miles from my house... now unless it was just a really great deal, I would not travel out of my way to go to one...
Big Lots, you can do so much better you did for many years

I have always love the furniture here and woke up with intentions on purchasing a bed from this particular store because it's near my home. Upon entering the building there was a employee standing to my immediate left behind a desk and she looked at me with no greeting nor smile. I'm huge on customer service because I've worked in Retail over 20 years. I browsed around for 20 minutes in hopes she would approach me but instead another customer who was also anticipating purchasing a bed was lying on one of there mattresses and was explaining to me how great the bed and mattress felt and we talked for about 20 minutes. During that time the employee walked passed the both of us with a mean face and went to greet other customers and asked if they needed help with anything. I continued to check out the beds and got walked by several times by this female employee who not once asked if I needed any help so after about 40 minutes I walked out the store. Customer service is very important people. They definitely lost my business because of this.

Looking for something specific, I found many items I would not have thought to buy at Big Lots! They seem to have a constant inventory, not badly changing as they purchase another big lot of something. Counting on their supply keeps me coming back. They have a frequent customer discount AND a military discount. Ask for them! Friendly & helpful staff.

My husband and I went in with the sole purpose of buying a mattress and when we went in and went to the furniture I noticed that an older woman, an employee, was looking over at us with a look that can only be described as annoyed. I figured she would come over to us at some point to help and when she finally did she was so rude and dismissive that we ended up walking out without a mattress and disappointed. We’ve shopped with this big lots many times and hope it’s better next time. This happened right around 7pm.

This is an older Big lots in an older shopping center but it was great. Steph was amazing and helpful and I did find everything I needed. Be careful in the parking lot because idiot drivers will run you over.
