Thank you Jazz for your kind service and patience today. In explaining your service, deals and my auto pay. Transferred from Bad Cricket to Boost in less then 1hr did not over spend even gave me a little discount since i was on a small budget, went the extra mile by storing all my information on my new device in seconds. Had a great communication with her thru my stay at store.

Purchased inshurance on my phone when I got it activated in store in 2020 on a 1500$ phone which I had to wait 12 hours,now I get told I don't have inshurance an the manager Marlow refuses to even speak to me or give me corporate number just tells her employees I have to go look it up...

This store is terrible. Told me 2 times tomy face that I was going to get 3 months free. Of course that wasn't the case. The woman at the counter told be to just shut up and pay my bill and blamed it on me. The her area Manger told me the same thing. Will be switching back to metro asap. Never going to boost again. If no stars was an option that's what I would put
