Worst phone company experience.got my phone activated instore after waiting 12 hours... asked for inshurance, now almost 2 years latter they say I don't have any on a phone I purchased new paid in full... Asked to speak to the manager and the employee said her manager won't speak to me or give me a # to corporate the managers name is marlow...do not bring your buisness here!

Awful experience!I could write a book. Unprofessional, poorly trained associates. An obvious owner/management/leadership flaw! Associates did not know the details of their service offers and gave misinformation that lead to a huge headache and multiple days of trying to correct the issue. Ultimately ended up with AMAZING customer service from METRO T-MOBILE IN GUN BARREL CITY. My husband and I were in and out of this location within 15 minutes, with zero issues, and at $90 a month, with better perks. This Boost location did nothing to refund or correct their mistakes. We also tried to go to Boost in Gun Barrel and it was more bad customer service. I urge you not to waste your time, energy or money with either of these stores.

Horrible customer service. Went the day after Christmas to switch to Boost. The woman working was rude. On her personal phone. Had no desire to help us. We left and went to another local store.

Went to buy a new phone last week on Saturday because my screen shattered on my previous one. The staff was very patient with me while helping switch over all of my information in the store as i didnt know how to do it at home. Unfortunately i did already accidentally shatter my phone again and will be back in about a week.
