My mother was released from the hospital with 2 new prescriptions and Brickstreet had both prescriptions delivered to her in very quick time. The delivery person was also friendly.

If I could give a lower grade I would. As a black woman I didn't feel like they wanted my prescription there. They lied 2 my PCP care about my meds. Please be careful people of color. The pharmacist is of color and he is the worst. I needed my medicine and many times he questioned my specialty doctors. He act like he had the PHD. My previous PCP Doctor started working with them. Now because she didn't want to do her job. She gets a score of a zero for being the worst PCP Ie er had.Just be careful because this pharmacy is the worst in Tyler Tx.

I can't speak about the pharmacy, but the durable medical side is a joke. They do not listen and in my opinion have no clue about what they are doing. Worst experience in the 27 years of dealing with dme companies. Also, if you do choose to do business with the dme side of this company I urge you to make sure you keep receipts. They do not like to refund your money.

This is the best local pharmacy in the area. I drive past several CVS and Walgreens to get to Brickstreet because I want to use a local pharmacy. They are awesome with very short wait times. They are always super friendly and very caring. I also love the little specialty items they carry in store. I am proud to support a local business and this is a great one to use!

Been coming here for 6 months now.Used to use Walgreens, didn't have my medication in stock for 3 months before I switched here. Kendrick has always been great and clearly enjoys what he does. They always have my meds and they're always happy to see me and everyone they serve.

This place is great. The staff was kind and very helpful. I found my grandpa a good walker that can make it down our narrow hallways and at a good price with a warranty. I also found a great cane for him. I would highly recommend this place for your medical supply needs.

We have had excellent customer service at Brickstreet but the best part is Kendrick. He always greets us by name when we walk through the front door and has our Rx ready to check out. When we have had problems getting our Rx filled by the doctors office and we were frustrated he was patient and empathetic. This employee really gives Brickstreet Pharmacy a shine!

This company will overcharge you for your order, but then never tell you about it after the fact and just keep your money. They don't just issue a refund check (even though they have your address) or even call you to tell you about (even though they have your phone number). Their policy is the customer must call in to request a refund before they issue it, knowing most customers will never know. Great customer service, right? Absolutely ridiculous. Very shady. Someone should audit their books and see how much money they owe their customers. If you've done business here, you should call and find out if you're owed anything.And then, after you do call when you find out, it takes 2-4 weeks to issue the refund even though they've had your money for a year and could've just issued a credit to the credit card after the original purchase.
