“I went in on 01/27/25 to try on dresses for my 50th anniversary vow renewal. Cortney was great in guiding me to dresses I thought would look good on me as well as being age appropriate. She then went to the back and brought out a dress she thought would look good on me and it hadn’t been put out front as of yet. She was spot on with that dress. The ones I tried on that I picked out didn’t.fill the vision I had. The dress Cortney picked out was the winner! I do have to have some alterations done and an appointment for that was easily made. Cortney is an asset to the Tyler, TX store and I hope her bosses recognize her for her excellent work ethic! I am going to feel beautiful for my 50th vow renewal! Thank you Cortney!”

The owner helped me throughout the entire experience and offered me many options, ideas, and tons of expertise! The store is decorated so perfectly and kept very clean and comfortable. “Let me tell y'all about Jessica!! This woman was so helpful and great at her job… but I can’t stop there. She did such a wonderful job listening to what I wanted and getting me some different options. She Genuinely hyped me up and gave me honest feedback back, not that ‘yeah you look great, you should buy that dress’ hype either. She was very friendly polite and respectful; especially when I was changing, waiting for me to tell her whether or not I wanted or needed her help in the dressing room. Although I had several, like a whole top 5 choices at their shop, the dress I had my heart set on was not one they had. It was not even a line they usually carried. However, Jessica still went above and beyond! And tried all different avenues and options to try and get me that dress, even reaching out to another shop. In the end it still didn’t work out for me to get my dress through their shop. But when my dress does come in, we’ve already made plans to come in and see their seamstress for alterations. And probably the veil also! I highly recommend this shop as a whole, as well as Jessica specifically!! She will help make your experience nothing less than Amazing!!”

“I was procrastinating a bit with dress shopping , 4 months away from my wedding. I took advantage of their sale they have yearly and found quite a few "off the rack" dresses. My attendant listened to what I was looking for and also pulled a few dresses that I wasn't, but dresses look different on the rack than on someone. There are so many pretty dresses to choose from. After trying on about 4 or 5 dresses, I found the one! "My princess dress." Also purchased a veil and jewel piece to go with. Customer service was great and helpful.
