Me and my wife are new to Tyler and Aaron took care of us and was awesome, helped me and my wife with both of our cars and gave some really great advice. The service here is great!! They will take care of you, and are reasonably priced and won’t up charge you for things you don’t need. Great place to come is your looking for a good priced mechanic in Tyler

My car started to break down on me, and I didn’t have time for that, so I googled the closest shop to where I was, and hobbled over to them. Brown’s Automotive was responsive and helpful and prompt to get my car fixed. The price was reasonable for the job being done, and he took the time to explain the problem and the solution. Very grateful to have broken down near a reliable mechanic!

I can’t thank Aaron and Matthew enough for their incredible service! When my brakes failed, they stepped in and saved the day. Not only did they fix everything quickly—but they also did it at a Great price. Their expertise and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. Can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate these guys. I was visiting from San Antonio for a clinical rotation when my car broke down. I have no friends or family in the area and it definitely made for a stressful situation. Aaron and the crew at Browns were incredibly courteous, sincere, and made the entire experience so seamless. My car was working perfectly within the same day and there prices were far better than any other mechanic I had spoken to. It's rare to find such trustworthy and genuine people. Thank you guys so much, please move to San Antonio! (sorry I'm a little late in posting this review)

I had my front brake pads and rotors replaced here, and I'm very satisfied. They were knowledgeable, transparent about the process, and accommodating of my third-party parts. Their expertise saved me from potential part selection issues and significantly higher prices at dealerships or other shops. I'm very happy with their service.

Had my sun fire towed there due to the starter burning up on me for the third time due to an oil leak soaking it, nun of the other shops I took her too never even looked into the leak even after I mentioned how I think the oil leak is causing the starters to go out so quickly, anyway never got the guys name that worked on my Becky but he called me after I had her towed there and told me that my oil pressure sensor was leaking the oil right above my starter so he fixed that for me and my starter and my car has been running really nice I feel like that leak on the sensor was causing some bad oil pressure cuz she would run a little rough but she is doing so great now he did an amazing job with her she seems to be very satisfied and the prices was actually way better than I was expecting if you got some problems with your vehicle I recommend browns auto he was very good at explaining the problem and everything he did highly recommend.

Super happy with the service we received at Brown's Automotive. Aaron was straightforward about what we needed and I didn't feel pressured or worried about what he was recommending. The turnaround on completion time and the affordable price will have us returning for future work. We don't live in Tyler, but our children do and I feel like we've found a trustworthy business to have them use. Thank you Brown's Automotive!

They did a fantastic job. Above and beyond. Fixed everything i needed and then some with a really affordable price. And they completed the job quickly. Im a traveling maid , so my car is the main tool I need for work. Did it all in one day. Love this shop , will be returning.
