I've been a customer for many years. I worked down the street at EMS Dispatech center. But this time i wasn't real pleased. I purchased a 2006 F150 with over 200,000 miles and my entent is to replace the 3 major item that would wear out in a 200,000 mile life (engine, transmission and rear-end). I know the engine has issues and have a quote and really want to do it last. I just had the transmission rebuilt. So the rear-end was next. Butler said it didn't need it, they did a engine compression test without my approval and told me what was wrong with the engine. I told them i already knew about that. And i asked them again to rebuild the rear-end, they said my problem is the engine. They would not rebuild my rear-end. So really, NO, this visit was not successful. I will take it to shop that will do what I ask. I did pay the fee for the engine analysis and walked away still needing what i came there for. Not sure i will ever come back.

I had alignment done on my 2001 Chevrolet Suburban. They did a great and helped me immensely troubleshooting what turned out to be a tire problem.Highly recommend as they went above and beyond!!!
