My daughter went in today to go buy her some scrubs at the last minute . The black lady that check her out was rude to her she didn't mean to get her on her on a time crunch as the black lady called it . When my daughter was trying her clothes making sure they fit her correctly the black lady went and got them from her rude lately . You need to be to customers. This kind of people need to get fired . Sorry but they do. They are the ones who don't want us customers going back to them kind of stores . So if you're the store owner or the main manager to this store you need to have a talk with your employees how to treat customers! I will make sure next time my daughter needs scrubs to go somewhere else that our money ain't welcome at this store .

The team at CR Scrubs is amazing very friendly and polite had everything we were looking for, very fast very friendly and a big Thank you to DJ great customer service and very polite you need a hundred more like him.

My daughter was in the dressing room trying on scrubs. A male employee walked in on her, yes he knocked but she thought the knock was on the dressing room next to her since her back was turned. He did apologize. My problem was with another young sales clerk with the long braids who said she did not understand why I was upset it was no big deal. Yes it was a big deal, as was her attitude about the situation. Your policy on walking in on customers while they are in the dressing room needs to change as well as the attitude of this young lady, in what is acceptable behavior in dealing with this type of problem.

Pretty great help finding different scrubs. They have a pretty great deal on caps right now too. I would recommend going to this store if you are a healthcare worker

Very disappointed in the young lady wearing pink with the long braids tonight. I started a new job and had to get some new scrubs for work. I get off at 5 and after rounding up my kids I drove an hour to get to CR scrubs. 15 mins before they close and I made it. I already knew what I wanted so I just tried 2 sets of scrubs on and proceeded to check out. My boyfriend heard her say “omg, their still here? “ and it was only a couple minutes after 7pm. When I checked out, they didn’t ask me for my phone number I had to tell the young man (DJ) to ring up my number bc I’m a frequent customer and I get discounts. I was gone by 7:03pm the time on my receipt. I’m very disappointed since I’ve always had good experiences.

Second time getting scrubs from here. ordering online is convenient especially if you know your favorite scrubs codes! Only takes a week for delivery! Will always use!

2 stars for the price and convenience. My experience today was filled with bad customer service. The girls working here are definitely not trained on customer service. I came in for an exchange of an online order with the mindset of paying the difference if I found another set of scrubs to my liking. The young lady who assisted me was very rude and unapproachable. She grabbed my bag as I explained what I needed. I asked if she could help me as I’m not familiar with the store she rolled her eyes and walked off. After standing there waiting for assistance, I decided to find a set of scrubs that works best for me. Coming back to the register with my new merchandise the same girl standing at the counter I suggested due to her line of work consisting of customer service if she hates her job she should find a new one. A new associate by the name of Judith apologized for the girls actions in which she shouldn’t have to do. Judith tried to make it right but the negative experience I received upon entering outweighs the positive she was trying to enforce. Needing scrubs by Monday,I felt like I was not welcomed as a customer I decided to get my money back on the overall exchange and decided that this company that hires employees with such bad attitudes don’t value me or deserve my money. I’ll never shop here again and definitely will be reaching out to the store manager tomorrow morning.
