Son wrecked his truck at the loop and spur where Campbell,s is located. Less than a 1/4 mile I was charged 125.00 . To have it delivered to my house they wanted another 125.00 . Owner was the rudest business man I’ve ever dealt with…. Would not recommend this company !!

Let me start off by saying that you know a tow truck company is TERRIBLE when you have to call ANOTHER company to move your totaled car onto their premises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The customer service of the company is subpar. My wife called to pick up items out of the vehicle at their lot and their hours were stated on the door as 8-430 but when she went there at 230 Kristina was not there who states she works in the office but was not there and they needed an hour notice prior to picking up the vehicle. When we called Monday, Kristina was extremely moody and was frustrated with us asking questions as the vehicle was picked up by an unauthorized bystander giving them permission from our MINOR- The issue was they told my minor daughter they were charging her 500.00 to take the car to either our house or 500.00 to take their shop and she can sign the title over and they wouldnt have her pay anything (WHO NEGOTIATES DEALS WITH A CHILD AFTER A WRECK) she couldnt clarify any of this. Kristina stated that she was having a bad week and we were asking too many questions getting on her nerves ( cant believe she said this) I reminded her that it was Monday the week had just started and she had a bad attitude she just sighed and said "anything else?". When I arrived Kristina and Monty were very confrontational when I questioned the difference in prices from the certified letter that was mailed and what was being billed that day- hence an additional fuel surcharge while the car was parked at their lot they were evasive with their answers and couldnt state why their daily rate was not on the letter. Bad company, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
currently reporting them to the TDLR with more detail information on this process that they have made questionable. As always there are two sides to every story, but this is the side of experience from the customer. They need to work on communication, and the women needs a better attitude regardless of what kind of day she is having.

Campbell's towing is the best! We have used them several times, and will continue to use them. They are super nice, professional, and always quick to the rescue. The owner is a really cool guy, and our favorite tow operator, christina, is amazing! I recommend this company to everyone I know!

Campbell towing came out within the estimated time of 30 mins. Very reasonable pricing. He asked me what was going on and he looked under my vehicle and realize that my car didn't even need to be towed. Talk about hospitality and not taking advantage of customers. Hands-down would recommend Campbell towing.

I've had several dealings with Campbell's Towing with friendly and helpful service. As to the previous comment about Jesus and scripture is it being Christ like to respond provoking negativity. But instead leave a more constructive review of improvements.Service: Car towing

Very Rude and Mean. Just the mention of Jesus or scripture and the girl told me I would be asked to leave. Not to mention how they kick those who are already down. God bless us all especially those who have to deal with Campbell's.

Had a dead battery and the man who helped me not only gave me a jump but fixed the problem behind it free of charge. 10/10 recommend
