Capital one in palestine got closed down about a year ago or so and now the closest one is in tyler and hour away. It would be nice if bank staff could answer their phones during business hours instead of not getting anywhere with the robot and having to put numbers and it still doesn't help. And you don't talk to a real person.

WOW! I was already to deposit alot, and I mean a lot, of money in Capital One banks but after hearing the horrible reviews of customer service (which I am all about good customer service), I am changing my mind and going with American Express! You would think management (higher up) would fire all these employees and get the proper staffing for this bank. I’ve never read such horrible reviews about a bank! Shame on the management! You just lost a valuable customer to your bank.

Is there a reason Capital One has a phone number but no access to speak to a person? Why ask for an account number you assigned if the automated teller can't recognize it.

Basically useless. I wanted to add my wife to my account. We tried to do it online. We ran into an error, so we came into the branch to add her to the account. We were informed that they can not do this, because they are just a “digital branch” and I would need to call customer service. This is nuts. If they can’t add someone to an account, what do they even do here?

Very unprofessional and rude. My wife and I have multiple bank accounts, saving accounts credit cards, and auto loans. This branch it’s a joke of a branch for Capital One. They can’t help you or push it off to the 800 number. Another locations I’ve been too if the teller can’t help they get you to an advisor or a manager at the branch and they will at least try helping Not this branch.
