I cancel my vacation day and head to work, tell a coworker what happened and he recommended Moose auto glass so I call and make an appointment. They get me in within 2 days. So I head to moose autoglass the day of the appointment and am welcomed by their friendly awesome staff, I immediately felt welcomed! Now thinking ahead or so I thought I remove the registration sticker to save from buying another one. Well the folks at Moose 1 upped me, they moved my tire rotation sticker, oil change sticker AND the TX toll tag sticker and had them in the exact spot on the new windshield as the old!! “Impact did a fantastic job on my new radio/dvd player and remote start. I do feel like there could have been more communication regarding what I had initially asked for. I wanted the rear tvs replaced as they are almost 20 years old. I had my husband call and check on the vehicle and the shop didn’t seem to know I wanted the drop down screens replaced. I called the next day to clarify and was told it would be about $850 each and we had two. It was left at “if they don’t work replace them” got home and the rear screen had lines all through it. I just wish I could have known before it was brought home.”
