“I had an amazing experience at the Enterprise location in Tyler, Texas, all thanks to Ryan. I originally had a reservation with another rental company, but when my flight was delayed due to weather, they simply closed up and left—no consideration for travelers still arriving.
Ryan, however, was different. When I walked up to the Enterprise/National desk, he was there with the biggest smile on his face, ready to help. He made sure I was taken care of without hesitation. When I thanked him for staying late, he told me something that truly stood out: whenever he knows flights are delayed, he refuses to clock out until every traveler in need of a car gets one.
