Bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla and was fine within the first couple days, not even 15 days into my purchase and battery is leaking, steering wheel is hard, check engine is on and the car fails to power on.
Was told the service center does not have availability until next month.

I had great experience with Carmax as online and in person. It was easy to do all my paperwork online. When I got there to pick up my car I just got to test drive it and sign paperwork. The employees were so helpful of my questions I had. Thank you Carmax for all you do. I love my car.

Bought a 2022 navy Chevy equinox here a few days ago. Air filter was full of debris. Cabin filter disgusting. No doubt they just hit reset on sensors. Had oil changed just in case it wasn't fresh l Was told tire sensor was bad and wasn't low. Took to mechanic. Tire sensors were not reset when rotated it was actually opposite side of car at 10psi. I drove across town with a 4 month baby. Took to tire shop. Had a nail in tire as well. What a joke of their touted vehicle inspection. Be a smarter customer than me. Avoid. Reporting to Texas DMV. Employee E.H. sold me car. Maintenance department failed their new sales person and this customer.

I am a widow, and it's been over 13 years since I've purchased a vehicle, so I was overwhelmed to say the least!!!! However, carmax took me by the hand and helped me the entire way!! They made this process stress free from beginning to end!! I love all the people I dealt with...... not a stinker among them..... and I ended up with a vehicle way better than I ever dreamed I could get!!! Thank you carmax for everything!!!

Sold my Tahoe at a fair price and above what a local car dealer would have given on a trade-in, even with adjustment for sales tax on a new purchase . Great people, great experience.

Do not purchase from them !
The store manager is rude and they don’t care about the customer. The “ sales” guy said he was hourly so the staff obviously doesn’t want or have to sell a vehicle because they told us to come back later! Terrible customer service . I came back in and the sales guy wouldn’t even talk to me.
I have never been treated like that by a car dealership. Poor poor management.

The truck we ended up buying from them had some mechanical issues (unbeknownst to them). Although it was an unfortunate situation, the customer service has really been unmatched. They paid for a rental while we looked for another vehicle, allowed us to back out of our contract, expedited our refund, paid for a hotel when our car broke down. I mean they've been the easiest, most accommodating company to work with. Would 100% recommend. They made things right.

Do not get your car from here I bought a “brand new” Hyuandai Accent with 30k miles on the dash and i dont even drive it for a week just back and forth from home to work which is only a 7 minute drive and my fuel pump just stops working. So we bring it back to them and they give me 30 different reasons everyday that i cant have my car. So unless you want to be stuck with a car payment for a car you can’t even drive dont go to this place it is a scam. If i could give a lower rating i would dont even desrve one star.
