Our salesperson was Lang and she did an exceptional job. She never made us feel rushed and was extremely patient, as I was indecisive at times. She gave her input when asked and always had sound advice. Her communication was also great. We always had a heads up of when product was set to arrive and installation would take place.The install process was seamless and the various installers were very polite and professional.
