I had the DREAM team help me today at the Carter’s/Oshkosh!I went in looking for matching pajamas for my girls for the Polar express train ride that evening.I had such a hard time finding the right sizes needed in the style I really wanted.Gabby approached me right away and offered help. She went all around the store searching and finally found a solution. She could tell it wasn’t my first choice but it was all we had. Or so we thought…She showed Rachel the style we couldn’t find the size in and the next thing I knew they were stripping a mannequin! Sizes found!!Then, at the cash register with sweet Barbara who was so helpful and kind as my fussy toddler played loudly at my feet—-Gabby came running over with a surprise! Turns out, that style had matching adult pajamas as well! So I get to match too!!?Thank you Gabby, Rachel and Barbara! You are the dream team for sure! Thanks to you we will meet Santa tonight in style :)

Store has cute items for kids. But be prepared they don't follow their own store hours. Showed up at opening time. And doors weren't open. Waited a bit to give them some time. After 20 minutes and even calling the store. Decided to leave.

Be ready to have to walk out if you refuse to wear a mask at this location in Tyler. Multiple signs plastered everywhere in the entrance demanding mask compliance, and then we were “greeted” with two team members with nothing better to do than to ensure masks compliance upon entering. The store was empty. I wonder why...Carters/OshKosh is the only place I can find cotton clothing for my children anymore. I ended up ordering online when I would have preferred to support our local economy in-store.Update— summer 2022 masks no longer required.

Very aggressive mask policy! I am 6 months pregnant and was asked to leave because I was not wearing a mask. (Hello it is hard enough to breathe) The employee was extremely and unnecessarily rude about it. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!

I usually love Carter's/OshKosh, but the Tyler, TX store just kicked us out for not wearing masks. My husband wore one, but I did not because I am pregnant and have trouble getting deep enough breaths with a mask. Being pregnant is one of the exceptions for wearing masks, but they don't care. It's a shame really, we won't be back even after the stupid mask stuff is over. PS, I saw another lady walk out after checking out without a mask, but we had to leave.

Super aggressive mask policy. Apparently it’s a corporate thing so I’ll be shopping elsewhere for all my kids clothes. Too bad, they’ve always had cute stuff.

Was just asked to leave for refusing to wear a mask. I suppose the armful of dollars I was about to spend doesn't mean that much to them. I've healthy, have had a flu shot and am still in my gym clothes from a vigorous workout this morning lol....But cover your face woman! Lol.... looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Not sure how to rate a child’s clothing store other than by CLEARANCE. There is a clearly established presence of it here and momma likes it. Shop on !!!

Always have super cute clothes and amazing sales. Some up to 70% off. The staff was nice and helpful. I love shopping here because my 9 year old likes to match my 3 month old and they always have clothes that match in each of their sizes.
