Shopped around 7:30 pm 5/10/25 . No greeting, no engagement and no interaction at the register when I made my purchase.. Rude for no reason…Definitely will not be back.

My wife loves to shop there and over time has spent thousands of dollars there. My complaint comes from me returning a purse that she bought there. When she brought it home she asked me to put the strap on it so she could see how it fit and how much it could be shortened. In doing this I took the little tag that was hanging on the strap hook off. She decided she did not want it after all and asked me to take it back after work. I did and was made to feel like I was a criminal. The young sales lady took the purse, examined the receipt like someone looking for counterfeit money, examined the purse thoroughly, turned it upside down and shook it, I guess to see if drugs would fall out. She asked if the purse had been used, I told her no it had not. She then said the tag was missing. I had not thought about that until she asked, I explained why. She said we are not supposed to take items back without the tags. I told her I was not aware of that. She then turned to the manager standing there. The manager said, we will do it this time BUT TELL HER (I assume my wife) WE WON'T DO IT AGAIN. We had had the purse maybe 2 days, in the original Cato's bag, with the receipt, obviously had not been used. Not good customer service, maybe they don't care. I will discourage my wife from going back, at least to this location, there are other places

Great experience! I love how they help you put looks together and will find what you want at other locations if it's not at theirs. Prices are great. Good quality clothing.

I loved the way they folded my purchase and put it in the bag. Other than that it is just what you expect from Cato's.

Today is december 6, 2023 @ 5:29pm on troup Highway Tyler texas, the half Hispanic looking lady is very rude and if you’re going to talk about a customer please let them get out of your sight first, and learn how to spell after asking someone their first and last name on a return, did get that right or address, rude rude along with the white lady that walked up to cash register before I left

I've been a proud shopper of Cato for 10 years now.In Store: always friendly, very professional. I love going in store. However, when we can't find what we want (size, color, etc.) they direct us to the website. That was fine before. Now...Website: since the website got upgraded, it's super slow to load, EVERYTHING in my wish list is gone. I almost don't want to shop here anymore.

I LOVE THE FACT THAT IS CENTRALLY LOCATED. I HAVE A WAL-MART CLOSE BY. THERE ARE EATERIES, LAUNDRYMAT, PIZZA, CAR DEALERSHIPS, ETC. EASY ACCESS TO ANY AFOREMENTIONED BUSINESSES. I SHOP IN THIS AREA FREQUENTLY.
