Air compressor does the opposite of refilling your tires. Such a waste of time. I almost couldn't make it to a near by tire shop to get them refilled.

I am a customer service manager for my company and I train new co-workers every week and I talked to them about customer service. Before they can do their job they have to understand customer service and when I visit this location I'm disturbed by how bad the customer service is.. I love cesco and y'all have made a huge impact in Tyler Texas but if you really want to get your money's worth change the customer service especially at this location

Stopped in about 3:40A.M. on 8/18/22. Saw the employee sitting in his truck, I went in and he never got out of his vehicle, with that being said- I did not get to make a purchase and the store did not sell anything. I literally had to leave and go to the next store to make a purchase!

Very bad customer service employee (chris) was taking into his earphones like he was talking on the phone and was very rude to the customers that where in front of me and when i went to the counter I was purchasing a pack of swisher sweet minis I had put my card thru and it had taken money off of my card when I checked my bank account there was no money in ther due to a in proper refund employee jus voided out the transaction and did no refund and I have called the store multiple times in regard of my service and get it taken care but no answer on yalls end this happen about 11:30 PM Friday night 12/27/19
