I will rate Chemas on Gentry a 10/10 Thanks to Armando the sales manager for helping me , he was very understanding and patient and even though I asked a bunch of questions he answered them without hesitation without being bothered while still doing my paperwork. Also Bri was amazing as well through this whole process she was patient and understanding, they were absolutely amazing!!!! Defiantly will refer anyone who is looking for a vehicle here!!! Again absolutely amazing

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They’re a rip off they do things that is against the law. The worst place in Tyler don’t do it! The staff at both locations are ghetto and rude. Anytime the ppl there are wearing ankle monitors that says a lot about that business. A bunch of non English speaking immigrants there.
