What's with the Hispanic lady's customer service, very poor, maby a bad day, again,? I don't expect anyone to like me but this is just weird, looking at other reviews I'm not thinking it's me. Other then her, great store and usually good service, good selection of products.

I have had bad customer service at this gas station on two different ocations. I dont remember her name but shes the short Hispanic cashier that works in the mornings. Trying to get ahold of her manager

Stop here the first time they open and the clerk where very friendly.Well, I stop here early morning going to work on a Friday ( Dec 8, 2023)and this Hispanic women has a really bad attitude towards customer service.I hope the owner take cares of this issue asap.Will have to find somewhere else to stop. Plenty of options to choose from.

Worst store in Tyler. Hispanic lady that works mornings is rude, music playing so loud you cannot hear & their DEF fuel is contaminated, it will put your truck in the shop. I tried calling them to warn them about their fuel issue and the same lady above just hung up on me. Enter at your own risk.
