We have only ever had the best experiences with Christian Brothers! Their staff is always so kind and helpful. We have used them for small fixes, as well as major repairs, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Beyond excellent service. My family and I were on a road trip from Illinois, and on the highway ran into some unexpected trouble when we ran over a deflated truck tire at a high speed. The impact jostled the bottom of the car and loosened one of coverings of the bottom of the car. A bit scared, we drove to Christian Brother's Automotive where they fixed and reviewed the bottom of the car. They reattached the bottom peace and made a stressful experience very reassuring. Seriously recommend!

Amazing experience! My right brake light was out and I had been needing to fix it. On the way home from work I called Christian brothers automotive because I had some mail in coupons from them saved up. They were able to get me in that same moment , checked and fixed my brake light and another faulty light all within 20 minutes ! They let me have my service for free! I was so grateful and lucky. Small act of kindness made my day! Will be coming here for all future car needs :)

My car was miss diagnosed and they tried to charge me thousands of dollars and that is not even what was wrong with my car. BEWARE. After there 4200.00 quote I had my car towed to Frances and Sons in BULLARD and they had my car fixed in 1 day for less than 700.00. They never compression tested my motor and I had a broken valve spring not the ECM,coils, and spark plugs that they quoted me to fix my car. None of those parts were bad. BEWARE

Took my car in because it wasn’t running. They told me it was running and nothing was wrong and charged me $700 for test and an oil change. Took the car to Dallas and it broke down again. Dropped it off at their location in Forney and it was exactly what I told the Tyler location and now have an $11,000 quote on an engine. $6,000 of that is labor alone. Called 6 other shops and got quotes for $4k less. They also tried to charge me $170 for test at the forney location.
You could smell it coolant burning, see white smoke when it started and it was jumping to start when taken to Tyler.
Now my car is Dallas because they said it was good to drive and now I’ll have to pay for a tow to get it back to Tyler.

I sent a car to this repair shop for an inspection before purchasing, and they were a huge help. Since I was out of town, they handled everything over the phone and provided a detailed report. Their inspection uncovered several flaws, saving me hundreds and helping me avoid a bad purchase. Honest, professional, and reliable—I highly recommend them!

I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Christian Brothers during the inspection of my Honda Odyssey. Although we were unable to proceed with repairs due to engine failure, I found the honesty and thoroughness of the inspection report commendable. The report included a website link that detailed all aspects of the inspection, complete with videos and well-articulated explanations, which greatly aided my understanding, particularly as someone who is not very knowledgeable about vehicles.
Additionally, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the facility. Thank you for your courteous service; I look forward to bringing my other vehicles in for future maintenance.

If there was one word to describe the level of service that we received from Christian Brothers it would be “Heavenly”. From the moment that we contacted customer service, brought the car in for repairs, and picked up the car post repair it has been beyond excellent. We would like to give a special thanks to Ryan, Harrison, Stephanie, Gary and the entire team for such care and concern that was displayed. Your passion for fixing cars and addressing an issue displayed from the moment we walked into the door.
