My husband went in here to get a business loan and Jesus Vera did everything in his power to make sure he didn't get it, he wouldn't even submit the loan application. My husband said he felt very unwelcomed in there and they were not helpful at all. First and last time stepping in a Verabank.

Terrible, I've been having this bank for maybe a year now everything was fine at first ran into some financial hardships I had to use my overdraft got a fresh start loan PAID OFF My fresh start loan so then when I called to get my overdraft reinstated they tell me that I cannot get it reinstated until 6 months out because of the forced payments??? exactly how was it a forced payment when I'm set up on direct deposit and the repayment automatically comes directly from my paycheck and then the representative tells me that I had to initiate the payment once again why would I have to initiate a payment when it is set up on direct deposit and it's coming out automatically Make that make sense I'm really disappointed... Definitely switching banks because that makes no sense at all....

All the tellers at the bank on front are great people skills and always stay on top of things even though I feel like they should hire some help for them especially Mrs.Gaona she always helps with a smile.

The service at this bank if your not Mexican american or Hispanic is terrible, i have been a commercial customer for about 8 years dont use this branch often but was on this side of town today, i pulled into the drive thru commercial lane to cash a small check for pocket money, tho i was right in front of them no one greeted me or even spoke to me for aprox 5 minutes then I handed them a check that was endorsed with my DL , check was on another bank but had my Vera acct number on the back so they could see i had plenty in my acct to cover the check after i wait another 8 minutes they hand me a withdraw slip, i ask why they had deposited my check from other bank into my Vera acct an had to use that to get a $160 ck cashed by teller 2604 very frustrating im a Home Builder an have many Hispanic subs an Friends but i think the people at the bank branch are racist an dont like white folks or Gringos . i usually use the bank in Chandler an they are always friendly an helpful, an i doubt that they treat Hispanic people rude like the bank on Vine an Front street do Anglo

The vera bank on front street is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We are a commercial business if theirs. May have to change due to rudness, spanish people and catered to over anyone who is not. Every time i go to use commerical lane they let non commerical non english in line and hold up working people. I have complained but i just get lip service. They only have spanish people at this branch. That is discrimination. This is America so treat you customer with proper attitudes and stop catering to Spanish or we will move our account. We never would be rude to our customers like you are!!!!!
