My son was coming home on leave from the Army when he hit a deer and only had 2 weeks before having to report to his new post in Maryland. From the moment we reached out to the Toyota team, they did everything that they could to provide him with the best option to have a way to get to Fort Meade on time. Thank you so much Kyle Davis and the entire team in both sales and service for all of your help. We always get great deals from Classic Toyota but knowing that the team will take care of you in a bind is priceless.

I’ve bought my cars and had them serviced at Classic Toyota for 30 years now. The service is always wonderful. I usually wait. This time Ally was excellent! She explained my options on a repair, gave me a printout on 4 different tires (need new tires) with complete pricing and warranties. Then they changed my oil. All in 65mins. Plus the free pecan coffee was fresh and hot ?. Always a great experience with classic.

I bought my first Toyota Tacoma from Classic 3 years ago. Thanks to Angie Lorenz, I’m a proud new owner of a Toyota Tundra. Angie not only went above and beyond my expectations to finalize the deal over the phone, she waited near closing time patiently for me to drive an hour to get my truck. Angie is truly an asset to your team and deserves the recognition she’s earned!

I can't say enough good things about Classic Toyota of Tyler. I asked Bailey from the initial phone call if I could purchase a vehicle that hadn't arrived yet without getting the $3,000 dealer add-ons, and she called me back within 5 minutes saying if I'd be willing to put a deposit down she'd make the deal. Quick and easy! Great people.She got some preliminary numbers sent over and texted me the day it arrived. I drove 120 miles to get there, but they had everything ready. They even added tint at no charge!I normally don't purchase extended warranties, but Cameron put some numbers in front of me I couldn't turn down. The signing process was very smooth and efficient, too.Ruby was sweet and helpful, making sure that my car was ready to go and getting me set up.I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes!Overall, this dealership went above and beyond in so many ways. Even though I live 120 miles out, I will put them into consideration when I make a new purchase.

I sent my 2023 GR86 in for its first oil change and the drain pug was re-installed way too tight and the threads on the oil pan were stripped. I have the car towed to Classic and they start the repairs and get the car back to me after having it for several days. The dealer did not supply a rental for me at this time. I get my car back with the new oil pan and within 24 hours it develops an oil leak. I take the care back in to have the leak inspected and this time I'm given a rental. After a couple business days, the dealer repaired the oil pan (it's only been one day at the time of the review, so we'll see if it is actually fixed) and I return the rental and pick my car up. On the following day, I was charged for a portion of the rental after Scott, the Service Manager, told me that the rental would be taken care of by the service department. I called to try and get the rental charge resolved and I was treated very poorly by the personal at the rental office that answered my call. After all this, the only positive is that Ally, my Maintenance Advisor, absolutely killed it by keeping me informed and providing outstanding customer service (even after dealing with me, which I knew was not easy). I truly hope that my car is fixed, and if it is, I'll never return to Classic again. I have two oil changes remaining with them that I paid for when I purchased the car, but I'm going to write those off to ovoid any issue like this going forward. My advice, avoid this service department if you can.

After leaving from a routine oil change, the horn on my older car kept going off during turning. It seems to be the piece of plastic with a button that articulates to the Bluetooth module in the steering wheel was pushing into the horn and causing it to go off. On my return after discovering this I was met with a pretty rude sales representative who instead of offering any kind of solution for me now, gaslit me and implied that maybe it is my slight oil leak that has been persistent nigh on three years that is causing this never before occurring issue, he was rude and completely unhelpful. I played with the plastic piece and it does seem to be that this was the issue, the horn is not going off as I turn. Prior to this interaction, everything was fine with the oil change as far as I know. It is really just the guy's rude behavior, complete insincerity, and lack of any kind of give-a-crap that left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be going back to this place for any business if at all avoidable.

UPDATE AT END****We are having the absolute worst experience with this dealership.. THREE MONTHS OF WAITING for a key fob,apparently they sold it to another customer and called my wife 10 min before her scheduled appointment AFTER she drove an hour and a half and told her they sold it to someone else... worst customer service we have ever dealt with. Can't get ANY management to call us back. Guess lifelong toyota customers get the same crappy service as everyone else... if this was my dealership (I work at a competing brand dealership) this would have been taken care of by now. There is really no excuse for this situation... except horrible leadership and no accountability. Bit of advice... dont send your wife to this place alone, obviously taking advantage of her gender and lack of knowledge. Wonder if toyota corporate knows how this dealership is tarnishing their brand? Guess we will find out soon, they are my next step... wish I could have given 0 stars. Update...... WELL BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THEY CALLED "TRYING TO MAKE IT RIGHT " TOLD MY WIFE TO COME BACK TODAY (1 1/2 HOURS AWAY) AND DIDN'T HAVE HAVE THE FOB AFTER ALL. HOW BAD DO YOU HAVE TO BE AT YOUR JOB FOR THIS TO HAPPEN?? THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. So now they need to keep our 70k dollar 4 runner and gave her a dirty p.o.s. camry loaner. At least could have put her in something remotely similar to our vehicle. Looks like we drive to Dallas from now on for our services and future purchases....pathetic

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the overall experience. I found a new Tacoma I liked told them over the phone I would be in the next day to get it. When I arrived paperwork was in order to be signed the vehicle was detailed and fueled up. I would recommend using this dealership to anyone in the market for a Toyota. Thank you Randy and Carlos I appreciate you making this an enjoyable purchase.

Classic Toyota treated us very well! Our sales rep, Adam, checked the surrounding area to find out if we were getting as close to what we wanted as we could. Michael Bright, the finance guy, was able to get us a loan that worked great for us. Follow up after purchase has been extremely helpful in anything and everything we have needed! Overall a wonderful experience with Classic. They have a hometown feel with big city options!

I purchased a car a year ago from this place and I will never forget them telling me they had Camry SE in stock for 28k and I get there from out of town to find the greedy market adjustment added to the price putting it out of range and forcing us to have to buy a used car. I have not forgotten this greedy sorry Toyota Dealership and their Greed has really cost them because I have purchased a truck since that time and NOT from them. They got their extra greed money, but they lost more in future sales as I will never deal with them again after that. It has cost them more than just one truck sale too they lost a big fleet sale over that 5k market greed adjustment. Customers will remember the greed in their time of need it is not just me. Great going Classic Toyota you got your money, but you could have made a ton more!
