Years ago Coby did my hair every 3 weeks. It was fantastic! One day he informed me he was moving to New York and I was panicked but I fell in with a man who replaced him, Steve. Ten years later Steve moved to California. I moved away as well and found a new guy, Joe Frank. Joe Frank passed away a few years later and I ended up back in East Texas. I was SO excited Coby was back in East Texas as well.... I contacted him to NO AVAIL. No answer. I finally saw his shady rundown salon on the brick streets of Tyler and pulled in.... He's there with a client doing the Emo cut and color on her and proceeds to ask ME why I am there.....WTF..... Told me to MY FACE........ I only take PAST CUSTOMERS..... COBY!!! You wouldn't be ANYWHERE if it weren't for your PAST CUSTOMERS. You are a Poser. Period. F off!!!! Bro, you do good hair but you have TERRIBLE client service. I will tell everyone that haven't seen it for themselves. YUCK

It really bothers me when people leave a bad review but have NEVER stepped foot into the facility. Just because someone was rude to you over the phone doesn't mean his salon should get one star. This is his livelihood lady! Alway, Coby is awesome at what he does. He doesn't take new clients very often because EVERYONE loves him and never leaves. His clients are loyal because he does any excellent job. That should say something. If you're lucky enough to get in to see him. Don't ever leave!!!
