I shop at Walmart almost every day for my business and for my home. The prices are very good. The employees are very friendly. Occasionally I don't find the briskets that I need but when I go ask an employee they take the time to go in the back and see if they have anymore and if so they get them price them and bring them to me with a very friendly attitude!

Went to Troup store today to return an online purchase that I had shipped to my house. Gave the employee at the customer service desk my return info with code. She ran it 3 times and could not get it to accept my return, so she advised me to call 1-800-Walmart. So I asked if I could speak to her manager.
The said, "incompetent and rude manager", acted like he didn't want to help me, but i insisted.
Long story short, words were said that lead to him to refuse to accept my return and help me and threw the package across the counter to me and said "You can take this to another store cause I'm not going to help you ". Needless to say I filed a complaint with his supervisor and also with the lady who was on the phone helping me, who was very nice and helpful and refunded my money.
Very poor customer service today and the manager on duty, Matt, does not need to be in that position if he does not know how to deal with customers in a professional manner.

This location was once great but not anymore. There's never enough mobility scooters and the employees completely ignore me needing help getting one. I'm over 7 months pregnant, I have swollen feet and have to wait 20+ minutes to find one every time. The people working there will just stand around at the doors watching and hold them for other people without even asking. The seats are all coming apart on the scooters and some have jammed controls that stop working randomly or tires that squeak. The entire store is being rearranged constantly and it's too packed or full of unloaded shipment boxes in every aisle. This is the worst location but sadly the closest one to us. They don't care at all.

i use the order pick up app and love this service takes only minutes to get my entire order instead of walking around the store for hours
