I came in the store 25 minutes before closing with the intention if just looking at am item in person. Left the store after hours with a new 75 inch and soundbar system scheduled for delivery. Morrigan was very knowledgeable and quick to have or get answers to my questions. I never felt rushed or obligated. I appreciate his assitance and kindness. I had the same experience with Caleb in 2022 when he assisted me in purchasing another large purchase, scheduling for a wall mount, and helping me get my laptop sent off, fixed, and returned with my insurance coverage. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with helping me choose my items. I can say I've not encountered an unpleasant employee, nor ever had an unpleasant experience here. I would highly recommend anyone in need of home furniture/appliances/electronics etc, to check them out first! (Tyler location). :)

Absolutely fantastic! John (Hart) did an amazing job helping get all of the appliances squared away for our new home as well as helped put eyes on a living room set to be gotten shortly hereafter. The prices were already reasonable, but John was able to apply a bundle discount which ended up saving over $600! They were also able to work with the delivery date so it would coincide with work schedules, so we could be home to inspect the appliances. If there were more than 5 stars to give, they'd be given!!

Purchased a new washer & dryer set yesterday, John H was my partner’s and I salesman and we absolutely loved him! He had all the answers to our millions of questions due to us being first time buyers at Conn’s, he made us feel really comfortable with our purchase and will definitely be asking for him once we return for more future purchases!! ?

Ordered a refrigerator online showing that the item was in stock and would be delivered within 2 days. Upon the date it was supposed to be delivered there was no word from Conn’s. I called and followed up after checking the order status online using the given tracking number showing that the delivery was still scheduled on time, however after calling it was delayed an additional 2 days. No word, no email, no phone calls nothing. What made it more fry was there was nothing offered to compensate for the time that this has cost me. No apology for me having to track down and find out what exactly happened after not being reached out to. A lot of my hard earned money spent on a product and not a care given by Conn’s. Poorly managed.

My husband and I got an over the range microwave. It was not cheap by any means. They go back to the storage area to get it, what they bring out to us is beat up box. We were told not to worry because it was put on display and was put back in the box. My husband was okay with it since he has bought several items from there. However, we get home to install it. It did not have the appropriate brackets or screws ( lack of) and it had been used. There was food particles inside of it. My husband called and they couldn’t be bothered to discuss the issue or give us the lack of equipment. My husband made a complaint. He has been contacted by individuals but the issue is still not resolved! Why am I paying new price sticker price for something that was used! We were told that it is against their policy to sale something used, it goes to a third party company. If that is the case then why isn’t our issue been addressed. We will never buy from this store again and we will never recommend this store to anyone. It’s very frustrating and disappointing.

If I could I'd give 0 stars. I bought a washer and dryer set. Supposed to be brand new but had an issue with the washer which they did come in and replace the part it needed (the service tech was wonderful) but the dryer was dented and they stated it would have to be replaced. Well after calling multiple times I was told they couldn't replace it because it was dented. (Now how does that even make any sense) YES it's dented and been in my laundry room from the time they delivered it here so it should be replaced. However after weeks of calling and having to repeat myself to multiple different departments and no one could give me an answer. I finally tell them to come get the set as I'm not paying that much money for a set that's already damaged and couldn't get any help but was told I would have to pay a restocking fee. So after going to the store and being asked to give them a few days to get it straightened out and yet still never received a call from ANYONE I decided to take the set back to the store and drop it off myself. They tell me I will be charged for the remaining balance after it sells at the auction. I still continue to get emails luckily no more phone calls on my phone anyway. Somehow they got my daughter and husband's phone numbers and continue to call them. I have called time and time again to ask them to stop calling as the set has been dropped back off at the store and yet they don't seem to have that documented over and over again. So I continue to ask them to stop calling my family and emailing me. They have the worst costumer service and products that aren't up to par for the price. I would NEVER recommend them.
