We got our room through Priceline and we obviously got the "Priceline" room. There were so many flaws with this room it makes it very difficult to list. Bottom line, be careful going through a third party and if you do, don't accept what they give you. These establishments need quit selling their damaged goods through these third parties. It should be a crime. My problem, I accepted what they gave me, big mistake.

Whole place is super clean. Staff very nice. Rooms DO NOT GET COLD. I would guess 74ish. (Day temp was 90 degrees) Weird smell in room.
Overall a good stay but I love it cold when I sleep.

This was the absolute worst Marriott experience I have ever had. I stay at Marriott hotels routinely and cannot believe this place has that name attached to it. Next time I travel to Tyler I would rather sleep in my vehicle than ever give money to this place again. The ONLY upside is it is located near restaurants and shopping centers in case you need anything. I can’t even describe how terrible an experience it was staying here. Getting in the room was a nightmare with terrible customer service, the room was dirty and gross. Even after we left we couldn’t hardly get the staff to mail us something we left behind because we were in such a hurry to get out of this place. Stay somewhere else.

This hotel is ass. Do not stay here. WiFi has issues, all courtyards outlets are lose. Much better options around.
Noteworthy details: WiFi is horrible. Overall, the hotel is ass.

The staff was great. Rooms are dated, elevators could us some help as well. The lobby area was great, it smelled really good. The patio area was NICE too. (Firepit)
Rooms: At least room 205 needs a little help. Small detail stuff.

Beds were comfortable and the a/c was cold. Nothing over the top really....except for the staff downstairs. They were great!

Great location with plenty of parking. Thank you to Anastasia, Victoria and Angel.? Professional and courteous. Some construction going on during our stay, but overall good stay. A few recommendations would be helpful to give more ? ⭐.
Rooms: Rooms were good. We did have to change as phone did not work and there was an unwanted big bug. Room change was fairly easy.
Walkability: There was a small center across the parking lot.
Food and drinks: Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Enters in the area.
Noteworthy details: Very friendly staff.

Arrived about 7pm for our reservation. Had to wait about 10 min as the only clerk was elsewhere in the hotel assisting a guest. Upon arrival, Ebony apologized profusely and was very professional and friendly. Room was stellar. Roomy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Shower was extraordinary, and tub drained well. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel. I checked into a handicapped accessible room that I had a reservation for. They had a party/dance going on downstairs and they had the music blaring. Numerous guests complained and nothing was done. The bad part was, the room being used for the party was directly in front of my room. It went on till after midnight and should never have been allowed. There were people mingling in the hall and talking loud as well. I requested a different room and was told "they were full". I then asked if they could ask them to turn the music down and was told "well sir they are paying customers as well". The staff acted as if they almost wanted to join the party and were rude. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was a terrible experience. The hotel was in a great location and the room was fine. This hotel had no desire to enforce a "quiet" time. The room also had no wifi. The desk clerk told me they had been having trouble with their internet. She gave me an alternate password to try but it still did not work. This was just a really bad stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are basic and bed is very short for 6 foot+ ers, body road outside. Staff are excellent tho. Not the best Marriott we have stayed in
