“Had a difficult start with a situation bc of my own doing. And it didn’t help after I read quite a few very harsh and negative reviews. I must say that I do agree with them up to my second encounter. After some praying and praying some more, I decided to walk back in and speak with a different office personnel. Not to cause conflict or strife, but I knew what financial assistance I was needing and I wasn’t getting it. I told her what I was looking for and convinced her that I meant what I was needing. Minnie really helped me tremendously and I mean this to the highest degree. She turned a very sour and negative feeling that I had for this institution into a big positive. She is open and very knowledgeable in her field. I am grateful for her taking her time with me and helping me at this time. Thumbs up. Go Minnie!!!”
“My husband and I just completed a car loan with Scott Reeves in tyler texas. Its been 5 years since we last bought a car and things have changed. We are not very tech savvy...we know just enough to be dangerous. On top of that the car is in a completely different state which has its own challenges. Scott walked us through every step of the way with patience and humor. He took our many phone calls and resolved the issues that came up with this transaction. He made it fun and took the stress out of buying a car out of state. Can not recommend him enough. He was great!!!”
