“Depends on what city you are in. The Cleveland bank is so terrible and they are so rude that I finally drove 6hrs round trip to the head quarters in Tyler. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Cleveland branch has given me wrong information for 6mths now and everytime I talk with them they tell me something different. They actually closed my jt checking acct without ever notifying me of why or that they were doing it. In Cleveland, I would never bank with these people!!”

“I absolutely love Texas Bank and trust!!!!! I've used them for years and they have always gone above and beyond to help me in any situation this was the first time I used this location and the staff here was just as helpful as all the other locations I've got to.
What I love about this bank is that they do not nickel and dime you for everything. Don't have a huge amount of money to open account no problem you can open account with just a few pennies. No need to keep a high balance in your account either. As long as it stays active and you deposit money your account stays open.
Their app is super easy to use. I went in because I'm planning on being out of the state for a couple of months and I wanted to make sure that I would have access to my money. Surprised to find out that you can set this all up via the app. Super easy super convenient.”

“My husband and I just completed a car loan with Scott Reeves in tyler texas. Its been 5 years since we last bought a car and things have changed. We are not very tech savvy...we know just enough to be dangerous. On top of that the car is in a completely different state which has its own challenges. Scott walked us through every step of the way with patience and humor. He took our many phone calls and resolved the issues that came up with this transaction.
