I'm ashamed of myself for giving this place more than 1 opportunity to do business with me. Honestly my worse experience was the first. The two girls working were very rude. They acted like they didn't want to help or work at all. It was 30 minutes before closing so I'm sure that's why they acted that way but still. I explained my question and stated I had an unlocked iPhone that was paid off and wanted to start an account with a new phone number and didn't need to buy another phone. They told me I couldn't use the phone and really tried to get me to buy another phone. I left and searched up what to do next. An hour later o went to target bought a sim kit for that same iPhone and have been using it ever since with no issues. 10 out of 10 I Do NOT recommend.

After a year of issues with my wife's phone service, multiple calls to Crickets 611 help number, and talking to Samsung - we walked in this store and had a resolution in five minutes. The young lady at the counter, actually three of them, were very helpful in spite of my wife's obvious aggravation. With a quick review of the phone and network settings we were quickly assured it was now going to work properly. Test call and text worked, wife opened apps and messages previously unable to open, and we were done. Highly recommend this location and Cricket Wireless.
