Poorest customer service, even with the area manager being there and being disrespectful and not helpful. Waited in line for 30 minutes, with my husband, he had just decided to walk out and I was trying to pay a bill, gave them the pin number and everything and they still said they couldn't do anything. I truly don't understand what is going on with people nowadays.

This store has HORRIBLE customer service. I called in to ask some questions. The sales agent answered the telephone and I started to explain what I needed and she puts the phone down and I could hear her talking to a customer in the store. She never came back to the phonefive minutes passed. I hung up and called back.. Someone else answered the phone I start to explain to him what happened and he started talking over me because he LIED and said the phone died but the phone did not die i hung up. And I explained to him that he lied . I asked him not to speak over me and he hung the phone up in my face.

I was disappointed at Cricket this past week. I live over 2 hrs away from Texarkana.which is where I happened to be that day. Well the phone Galaxy A01..was not working right.
