If you need a cheaper monthly bill without ever needing assistance, then you will probably be ok. If you need help in any way, then avoid this store. Customer service by the young lady and young man was garbage, employees are not trained to assist in any way, complete incompetence, coupled with their sassy attitudes.
Switching service immediately.
Smell ya later.

I went to the location at W SW Loop 323 to see what my options were to switch plans and I could not picture myself going into this location for questions or to pay my bill due the smell of smoke and incense like they tried to cover up the smell. The lady who helped me was nice but the environment was very unprofessional and ghetto.

Went here because I was having some complications Ms. Arianna was polite, patient, and helpful I really appreciate how she went above and beyond to help me. If you’re having issues I would definitely recommend her. She made the process so much easier.

All store are the same...some people good some not so good.Cricket itself is awful...don't get insurance it's junk...an upgrade is a joke...

5 weeks ago they put me on a waiting list for when the iPhone 13 arrived so I could buy it. They didn't call me and today, July 21 at 5:30 pm, I wanted to speak to someone in Spanish and the person who answered me said that there was only her and she didn't speak it...
She sounds as Hispanic as I do.

Don't buy the cases they won't warranty. I won't buy here again. Save your money and go to another store for a stronger case. Less than a month old. I repeat don't buy cases from CRICKET
