Don't buy the cases they won't warranty. I won't buy here again. Save your money and go to another store for a stronger case. Less than a month old. I repeat don't buy cases from CRICKET

Wife dropped and shattered her phone. Dropped by here and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Clerk did everything for us. Great experience

Steffany at Cricket has been amazing! She is Kind,helpful, and very knowledgeable of all things Cricket!!! She helped me get the best deal and switch over all my phone from Straight Talk and then 2 weeks later my husband's and kids. Last week I came to the store to buy a hotspot device, from the beginning I had issues with connection I had to restart the device multiple times to get the hotspot to connect to the cricket towers, once I got the connection the wifi kept losing internet having me to restart to hotspot to reestablish connection. I tried multiple devices laptop, tablets and all kept losing connection even with full bars. I finally gave up took the Sim out and put it on an ATT phone and used it as a hotspot it worked flawlessly.Today I took the hotspot back to the cricket store and explain the situation maybe keep the service and return the hotspot, unfortunately I was told they only had a 7 day return policy. No other option was given but maybe sell the hotspot at the Facebook marketplace. Why would I sale a defective device?To say the least I felt cheated and forced to buy a defective device, most cellphone stores have a 14 day return policy I was not aware cricket had a 7 day return policy

Very poor customer service. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. So quick to blame their "system" for errors and aren't able to correct the problem or offer customer support.

At this particular store the man that checked me out was rude. I went in to pay my bill and he was he stayed on his cell phone the whole time.

Over all the store was very crowded with not that many people in it. The staff had music so loud we couldn't hear well in process of buying a phone. To top it off the phone bought; a cricket only phone was a waste.
