Well just got a unit yesterday and we'll looked like water damage in unit but salesmen says it's something old tenant must of left.happy with service but he told me rent gets raised once a year.thats diffitly a red flag and after reading some reviews I'm concerned on how long I'll keep this unit

Great space but the increase in price after being there two months is crazy it’s like you get a deal two move in only so they can increase the amount two months later two get back the deal they gave you so basically there’s no deal

Cube Smart is a great company. In the past I have used Public Storage for my needs, but the customer service was not always the best. Cube Smart customer service is excellent

Do not storage your valuable stuff here, poor security, gate it’s always damage so everyone can just go inside! Cámaras are not in all the units. And relate with customer they need training, need to be more human more empathy!

The staff was very nice and as far as the service goes, it was pretty seamless. However, there were a lot of hidden fees and sign up fees and all this stuff, so saying the first month’s rent is free is misleading because you end up paying just as much just to get the unit as you do monthly. Plus it doesn’t say so when you’re reserving the unit, but they “require” you to carry insurance on your unit and the lowest price for that is $12. So idk, they make it sound like you’re getting a deal but you’re really not.

Great storage facilities. Perfect sized units. Great management. My unit was clean ? and prepared in advance. They also have wonderful staff who kindly remind you if you're a few days overdue. Safe and secure ?...
