Just got a storage unit at CubeSmart and Greg & Tyler were absolutely amazing!!!! Greg took me to my unit to make sure the size was going to be okay, then explained in detail how much everything cost, so there’s no hidden fees like other facilities….. and for $12.00 a month you can get insured with no deductible….. I rented a storage unit in San Antonio, it was a 5x5 for $178.00 a month…. so CubeSmart is a great bargain in my opinion!!!!
Also, I really appreciated seeing and talking to human beings rather than someone on a computer, like a Zoom call….. I want an actual human so if there’s a problem there’s a person right there to help me!!!! I have definitely found my forever storage facility and walked away feeling blessed for having met two wonderful young men with great personalities…… thank you Greg and Tyler for all your help and kindness…… Tricia &Sofie

I just worked with Tyler, the gentleman at the front desk in the lobby, to set up a storage unit for three months. He went above and beyond—showed me the unit, answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process enjoyable with plenty of laughs along the way. Tyler is not only a genuinely great guy but also has outstanding customer service skills. If it were up to me, I’d give him a raise! He’s the reason I chose CubeSmart, and he’s the reason I’ll be coming back. Thank you, Tyler!

Excellent onsite Team very knowledgeable and professional. The storage unit was also very clean and properly priced. They also helped us with the unloading of the Truck by showing us where exactly to park to facilitate the move.

This place was the cheapest by far that i found in Tyler but besides the point of it being cheaper, the customer service was incredible. From day one they were so polite and very helpful. The actual storage was perfect for all my sons stuff after graduating university. I never felt unsafe even at night. The place is well secured, there is elevators with plenty of carts to use. Enriching was great about this place. I definitely recommend. They always have specials going on so i checked online and got a good deal. I would use them over and over again. You will love this place and you will love the staff. So professional. Thank you cubesmart for excellent service. Unit 655

I had such a great experience at CubeSmart thanks to Tyler! From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what we were signing up for. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure our unit was ready, the lock was set up, and everything was in perfect order before we left.
