Clean Facility; lots of storage; moving cats to assist in getting items in & out. Good security. Centrally located. Best of all: Friendly, courteous, helpful staff! Recommended! ?????

This is probably the best storage place in town. It’s clean, convenient, and comfortable (temperature). One of the highlight of this place is CeeCee, she gets 5 stars. She’s very nice and helpful, always in cheerful mood. I’m taking off a half star for it being so expensive, they also did a price increase after I was moved in about 6 months. I thought the price was high before the price hike lol. The other half a star is for the bathrooms inside the facility being locked (this means no weekend access). Not sure why they do this, as the building exterior is locked and secured. If you are a person who needs to use the bathroom often, your chances of having an accident are high. Overall, great place!

Moved lasted minute into town and needed storage for my furniture. CeeCee (I believe that was her name) helped us with our booking and she was an absolute treasure. She gave us a tour of the facilities and made sure that we had exactly what we needed. I highly recommended this storage facility for anyone who like a clean, safe, efficient climate controlled environment. Plus, the prices are excellent!

The process was so easy and Ceecee was so helpful she even made sure the lock for my unit was operating properly and she showed which door is the closest so I would have to walk through the whole building. Also compared to other storage places I’ve used in the past this one is by far the most affordable. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Even though we weren't the most excited when Free-Up bought out our storage units and the rate increases weren't fun either, the shining star that made us stay was Mrs. Cee Cee! She has the best attitude and customer service I've seen in a long time. Her smile and attitude can brighten anyone's day or situation. She's the company MVP for sure. Thank you Cee Cee for always taking care of us.

CeeCee is an absolute asset to this company She is always kind, communicative, patient, and helpful if help Is needed! The facility is always clean, well lite and easy to access. They have access to the large dollies for moving in; which is a huge plus. Use FreeUp Storage for all your storage needs.

Very happy with my experience at FreeUp Storage South Broadway. So pleased I rented a second unit. The staff are a delight to work with. The units are clean and in good shape. The facility is secure. So glad I chose this place!

Cee Cee has amazing Coustmer service! My dad and I went to go in and get a storage unit, we were in and out in less then 15 minutes. She showed us the unit, very professional young lady, very helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you Cee Cee you’re the best! Keep up the amazing work :)
