Treat them right, and they'll treat you right! I owe a lot of gratitude to the people here. Bought my first truck here in 2022. Loved that truck. Had to fix a few minor interior issues, but none mechanical, and it ran beautifully. A year later, I was rear ended (other driver at fault, filed a claim on his insurance). Allstate offered me less than the payoff amount. I talked to Chad at Cuvelier's, and they offered to waive the 600. Later. I convinced Allstate to raise the amount. They offered me just shy of 1500$ after paying off my truck. I never once made a lare payment, and Cuvelier's let me pick out any truck on the lot up to 3,000$ down, then lowered it to 1,500$, and deferred it until I received the payout from insurance so that I could drive away in a truck the same day and get back to work. Unfortunately, I picked a dodge, and two days later, the head gasket and radiator blew going 70 down the interstate. Took it back under warranty and they said they would have to rebuild the motor, which they would pay for under warranty. By this point, I had lost faith in the truck and was ready to go back home to Ford. I asked the owner about it, and he immediately said to just go pick another truck on the lot and they'd rip up my old contract, and put my 1500 toward the new truck. I bought a Ford and drove it off the lot the same day. Got a full service inspection to be safe, which it did pass. No issues yet, and I'm finally back in a truck again.
This may sound terrible to many of you, but know this:
A lot of dealerships won't defer your down, and many will try to give you insane APRs on lower down payments. Peltier quoted me for a ford ranger with a cash price of 30k, and with 1,500 down, the payments added up to 62k.
Cuvelier's people were fully in the right to either make me keep the dodge, fix it and give it back, or surrender the dodge, keep my 1500$, and put a mark on my credit report which could prevent me from buying a truck at all. Instead, they saw me struggling and gave me a hand. If it weren't for that, I don't know if I could have gotten a truck at all. My job requires that I have a truck.
If you are looking for a car, these people will take care of you. They also have lower APRs than anyone else in town, at least for me. Just make sure you make your payments, on time, every time!

Hands down the best place in Tyler to purchase a used vehicle. No hassle honest family owned business. I'm on my third vehicle from them. I I'm sure I'll be on #4 soon.

Stay away from this place at all costs! They sell high mileage POS lemons and they do not honor the warranty. 2 weeks after buying my car my radiator blew so I took that to them and they said they could not honor that because it's not a mechanical problem. They also said the same thing about my brakes which quit working about a week later. And also out less than $2,000 on my car when I had lost my job a couple of months ago and they told me that they would work with me on making the payments up. That was a total lie because three days after I called them after I started my new job they repossessed my car. I was told that I had up to 20 days to come up with the money that I owed on my car plus the tow fee which was $300. I got paid exactly on the 20th day and I had the money but they told me that my car was already sent to auction in that I could not get it anymore. So I advise anybody that's looking for a used car to stay away from this place and to go anywhere else!

If I could give it zero stars I would. First month my transmission went out and the horn. second month the rotors and brakes went out as well. They told me there’s nothing they could do since it was out of the warranty period. and then flat out lied to me before I got it checked out by another mechanic place. Saying I had a lot of brake pads life left and the rotors where in good condition. would not recommend to nobody

Gave 2 stars. Just because the car i bought was a Mustang looked real nice and didn’t even last a year. Motor blown within 8 months. My suggestion is to not buy anything related to sports cars if that’s what you want to call it with it being a v6. they more than likely have been hot rodded and ragged out by all the previous owners. Go with a new car lot that has better warranty then 30 days. Also it don’t help at all with credit if your trying to build credit they don’t report any positive payments. I knew they wasn’t going to work with me so I left it where it broke down. Don’t tow it yourself if you don’t plan on fixing it with money out of your own pocket. Let them do it. That’s my 2 cents
