I had a prescription that was misdelivered. Contacted this store and customer care, and they told me there was nothing they could do without another prescription, because there were no more refills. I didn't get the refill, and the medication was not delivered, so why would I need another refill to get it? After talking to customer care multiple times I gave up. Won't use this CVS again, and I am discouraged from using any other CVS to be honest.

Would you like to live at this place, and get lied to by several employees? This is your chance. Spend your life in line, and just ask simple questions.

Waited 45 MINUTES for them to tell us they mixed the order wrong and I would have to pick it up the NEXT WEEK. Do not send anything to this location.

Cannot get a single person on the phone. Have called and left no less than 5 voicemails over the last 2 days and no one has even attempted to call back about my medications! All you get is a stupid automated message that catches EVERY SINGLE sound in the background so after every prompt all you get it is, “Sorry I didn’t catch that, please try again” over and over! Worthless in my opinion!

Pharmacy review-
I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes before one car even moved. 25 min to service one customer? I couldn’t believe it. Over 45 min were spent in the line. That is insanely long to wait in a line that is only 6 cars long.

I can not imagine a place of business worse than this pharmacy. Not only are they rude, careless with prescriptions, slow and almost impossible to talk to a real pharmacist, but the techs are full of wrong information. I try for 4 days to get a simple refill. I talked to 3 different employees and each gave me wrong information. The manager told me they were sorry for the miscommunication. I reply, no miscommunication, just plain not listening and paying attention to requests.

The whole CVS care membership card is a joke ..they won't let you use cash to reactivate it nor use cash app or PayPal. They have all this stuff BOGO free or 50 off and you can't even those sales because they don't take cash to reactivate your care card. So what I could have gotten twice of many things I had to pay full price for everything and couldn't even afford to buy everything cause my care card was not active. Also there's a certain pharmacist there that has an attitude towards certain customers and gives them a hard time when trying to fill prescriptions. Tries telling me that she will no longer fill partials if they don't have it all in stock. Along with that...she goes above and beyond doing what her job tittle is and tries to act like shes a doctor and really truly makes a pharmacy trip very unpleasant when she's working. Not meaning this racially but she's a little Indian lady who's always wearing a smock over her head! She's the only pharmacist that gives me problems! The other ones have no issues with me and actually do their jobs. Plus you can tell when she's talking badly about you and she thinks he's been slick about it but it's obvious!!

Great late night team. Very professional and polite. Very comfortable visit . My issue was addressed and I was given clear directions from both ladies how to proceed to find answers. Both were knowledgeable and communicated very tell. I like most people value good customer service & these two ladies provided exactly that .

I would like to express my concerns regarding the customer service provided by the day shift supervisor, Clint. It is evident that there is significant room for improvement in his customer service skills. I strongly recommend that the company invest in customer service training for him to enhance his interactions with customers.
Additionally, I believe the company should establish more robust policies and procedures in the photography department to address situations when equipment malfunctions. Customers should not be inconvenienced due to faulty equipment; instead, there should be clear protocols to ensure they are accommodated promptly and efficiently.
Unfortunately, during a recent visit, my spouse and I experienced a photo complication and felt that our concerns were handled with little regard. We were treated as if we were a burden, and the situation was managed with a lack of urgency. I hope the company will take these observations seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

This review is being left in response regarding two separate phone calls on different dates, to this CVS (2626 E. 5th St., Tyler, TX) in the last few months. Both times the call was made to check on whether a medication was in stock or to inquire about transferring a medication due to stock issues in the last 10-12 months. Both times a female answered the phone and as I was inquiring about the medications, this person hung up on me. I was Not rude or even impatient with this person. While we realize pharmacists and pharmacy staff are very busy and overworked at times, we do Not believe it is professional or appropriate to hang up on customers who sincerely need their medications and we also do Not appreciate when people lie to us about a medication not being in stock, in town, instead of taking the few extra seconds to check stock in town. (the surrounding 20 miles, which they can do). Today a pharmacy employee lied to me about a med. being in stock. So when asked about other stores in town, she hung up while I was in mid sentence. Perhaps corporate should be notified of this behavior
at their Tyler, TX pharmacy. Needless to say, after incredibly unprofessional experiences at 2 separate Tyler, TX CVS pharmacies, I have transferred all RX Out. I will also notify my physician of this issue. Please do Not choose a service job, if you do Not understand it or can do it.
