I was picking my husband up from the hospital on Tuesday late morning. I went to CVS to pick up his prescription before picking him up. I was told they were not ready and they would be moved to the front on the line as the hospital was directly across the street. I went and picked him up and went back across the street. I went in as he needed 1 other item. I stood line line for about 15 min. Received the prescription and drove home, which is a 30 drive. After returning home, my husband asked for a pain pill. There was no pain pills in the bag. Only 1 prescription, not 2 as the hospital requested. I had to return, again 30 min drive. As I was returning, I called the pharmacy to hopefully receive it quickly as my husband was in pain due to surgery. The recording says the pharmacy is closed for lunch, from 1-2 pm. Now it’s 2:15. I go thru the drive thru which is not open… so again I have to go in and wait in line again. I still had CVS pharmacy recording on my phone speaker w a low volume. This was a 12 min call as I looked at the time on the call. When I got to the counter, a young man answered the phone…. I informed him I was at the counter and he hung up on me. I informed the young man at the counter that only 1 prescription was in the bag and they forgot to put in the bag. He informed me that the second was not filled when I was there prior. I informed him I had a 30 drive and had I known, I would have waited. He had the attitude of “so, not my problem”. He got the prescription handed it to me. I paid and drove 30 minutes back home. I absolutely hate CVS pharmacy. It’s one thing to make a mistake and I understand those issues but have the attitude to go with. It is unacceptable. Thus the one star.

Pharmacy has never been rude to me but they act as if it would hurt to smile and be friendly. The people up front are usually friendlier.

I went to my regular pharmacy but they did not have one that I needed so they called around and CVS did have the eye drops I needed after surgery. The bottle was so stiff I could hardly use it. THIS IS THE WORST PART. Within an hour I started getting continuous phone calls from a company wanting to send me home COVID tests. I received no less than 60 calls in the next two weeks then I had 2 fraudulent Medicare claims for these tests. From there it went to home lab test. I am looking for my next fraud case. CVS MUST SELL YOUR INFORMATION. DO NOT USE CVS PHARMACY! YOU WOLL BE SORRY.

Emily is very rude and disrespectful, we will not use CVS again due to the customer service we didn’t receive. Emily, I’m not sure if you just don’t like your job or if you are just a mean spirited person, but either way I will pray for you as it appears you are miserable.

The gentleman was very polite and started my prescription as soon as I walked in the door. Will be coming back in the future. The pharmacy opens at 8am while all others at 9am.

The store manager and other employees are rude. They don't care if you do business with them. They don't even care if you check out at the register. At night no one is at the front of the store. If you want to check out. You have to do it yourself. And don't dare bother them to help you. Apparently they just want people to walk in and help yourself. Paying is optional.
